معلولين علاوه بر نيازمندي به ارتباط با افراد جامعه به عنوان يك انسان، به علت مسائل جسماني خاص خود داراي نيازهاي متعدد فرهنگي،اجتماعي و اقتصادي هستند كه شامل اشتغال، حضور در جامعه، دسترسي به محيط فيزيكي اطراف است.از طرفي ديگر، يكي از مهمترين اقدامات براي جلوگيري از انزواي اين دسته افراد، توانبخشي است. توانبخشي، اميد بخشيدن به فرد معلول و آماده كردن او براي زندگي در جامعه از يكسوآماده سازي جامعه براي پذيرش وي در مقام شهروند از سوي ديگر است تا همانند ديگر افراد جامعه از فرصتهاي اجتماعي، اقتصادي و آموزشي به طور يكسان برخوردار شود و بتواند به خوبي با افراد شبيه به خود و ساير افراد جامعه، تعامل داشته باشد. در واقع توانبخشي بازگرداندن افراد به وضع مطلوب فيزيكي، رواني و اجتماعي است . لذا ضروري به نظر ميرسد كه تا حد امكان معلولين توانايي زندگي عادي را داشته باشند و توانايي بالقوه خود را بالفعل برسانند. ازاين رو مراكز توانبخشي معلولين مي توانند نقش مهمي در توانمندسازي آنان با ارائه خدمات و جلوگيري از زوال جسمي و روحي آنان ايفا كنند. در اين پژوه تلاش شده است تا با ادغام تعاملات اجتماعي و كيفيت زندگي، اصول و مولفه هاي طراحي در مراكزتوانبخشي متناسب با ويژگي هاي فرهنگي و اقليمي ايران استخراج گردد تا به دنبال طراحي و اجراي عوامل موثر ، كاربران آن بتوانند با آرامش خاطر و احساسي خوشايند در اين گونه محوطه ها حضور يابند. بيمارستان توانبخشي 600 تختخوابي كشوري ارايه دهنده خدمات توانبخشي داراي بخش هاي اورژانس عمومي,جراحي,درمانگاههاي عمومي و تخصصي,فيزيوتراپي,كاردرماني,شنوايي شناسي,آزمايشگاه,تصويربرداريهاي تخصصي و كامل, رفتاردرماني, بستري مجزا ,پشتيباني كامل و تاسيسات مجهز با جديدترين فناوري روز ,بخشهاي آموزشي و غيره با طراحي متكي به افزايش تعاملات اجتماعي در جهت افزايش كيفيت زندگي.

In addition to the need to communicate with people in society as a human being, people with disabilities have various cultural, social and economic needs due to their specific physical problems, including employment, presence in society, access to the surrounding physical environment. On the other hand, one of The most important measures to prevent the isolation of this group of people is rehabilitation. Rehabilitation, giving hope to the disabled person and preparing him / her for life in the society is the preparation of the society for accepting him / her as a citizen on the other hand, so that he / she enjoys the same social, economic and educational opportunities as other people in the society. Interact with people like yourself and others in the community. In fact, rehabilitation is the return of people to a good physical, mental and social condition. Therefore, it seems necessary for disabled people to have the ability to live a normal life as much as possible and to realize their potential. Therefore, rehabilitation centers for the disabled can play an important role in empowering them by providing services and preventing their physical and mental deterioration. In this research, an attempt has been made to integrate social interactions and quality of life, design principles and components in rehabilitation centers in accordance with the cultural and climatic characteristics of Iran, so that following the design and implementation of effective factors, its users can enjoy peace of mind and feelings. Be present in such areas. 600 -bed national rehabilitation hospital providing rehabilitation services with general emergency departments, surgery, general and specialized clinics, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, audiology, laboratory, specialized and complete imaging, behavioral therapy, separate hospital, full support and facilities equipped with the latest technology , Educational departments, etc. with a design based on increasing social interactions in order to increase the quality of life.
