با توجه به نياز روز افزون فضاهاي درماني و نياز به ارتقا اين فضاها ، مطالعات بسيار زيادي در راستاي ارتقا كيفيت فضاهاي درماني و همچنين كاهش استرس و خستگي استفاده كنندگان از اين فضاها صورت گرفته است. تمركز اصلي ما در مطالعه پيش رو بررسي معماري بايوفيليك مناسب براي كلينيك سرطان كودكان ، در راستاي كاهش استرس بيماران و مراجعه كنندگان بوده است. علاوه براين ايجاد معماري با رويكرد نزديك تر بودن به طبيعت و استفاده از منابع طبيعي و بومي يكي ديگر از انگيزه هاي اين پژوهش و پروژه در جهت نيل به معماري پايدار است . مي دانيم كه معماري بايوفيليك زيرمجموعه اي از معماري پايدار است با اين تفاوت كه در معماري پايدار تنها تاكيد بر حداقل كردن اثر گذاري ما بر طبيعت دارد اما در معماري بايوفيليك هدف ادغام معماري و طبيعت بهره گيري هرچه بيشتر از طبيعت و منابع طبيعي و بومي در راستاي كاهش مصرف انرژي مي باشد. بدين منظور مقالات و مطالعات پيشين بررسي شدند و با توجه به مرور ادبيات موجود، شاخص هاي تعريف شده براي معماري بايوفيليك جمع آوري گرديدند. براي درك ميزان اهميت اين شاخص ها از نظر كابر فضا كه در اين مطالعه كودكان و والدين آنها بودند پرسشنامه و مصاحبه تصويري و كتبي طراحي شد. در اين پرسشنامه از 18 شاخص يافت شده در مطالعات 10 مورد آن كه قابل درك براي كابر معمولي و غير معمار بود انتخاب شد و مورد بررسي قرار گرفت . در اين پژوهش بررسي شد كه هريك از اين ابزراهاي پياده سازي معماري بايوفيليك از ديدگاه كاربران محيط (كودكان مبتلا به سرطان و والدين آنها ) چه ميزان اهميت دارد. با توجه به روش هاي آماري ميزان اهميت هريك از شاخص ها از ديدگاه كاربران مشخص گرديد. نتايج به دست آمده نشان مي داد كه وجود ارتباط مستقيم با طبيعت از بيشترين اهميت برخوردار است . سپس با استفاده از نتايج به دست آمده در تحقيقات كلينيك سرطان كودكان با استفاده از شاخص هاي بايوفيليك طراحي شد.

designing pediatric cancer clinic using biophilic approach

As a result of growing need for hospitals and healthcare spaces there has been enormous studies to improve the quality of these spaces and decrease the stress and staff fatigue. Our main focus in this stud is on appropriate biophilic design for pediatric cancer clinic in order to decrease the patient’s stress. In addition creating an architecture having the approach of being closer to nature, using mostly local material and trying to create a sustainable architecture. Biophilic design / architecture is a subset of sustainable architecture. There is a difference between the sustainable architecture and biophilic design, in sustainable architecture the main focus is on decreasing our effect on the nature but in biophilic design the main goal is to merge the nature and the architecture and utilization the nature and local material and energies in order to optimization of energy consumption. To achieve this goal, the pervious articles and studies were studied and due to the literature review the factors and elements of biophilic design were corrected. To understand the priorities of these factors from a user point of view we designed a questionnaire for the children and their parents. The questionnaire was both with images and interview and questions to clear the significance of these factors.in this questionnaire we used 10 factors from the 18 factors of biophilic design which were found in previous studies. The reason to choose 10 out of 18 was that our interviewee were non-architect users so we needed to ask them about the factors which were understandable for them. Using statistical analyzation we determined the significance of each factor and prioritize them regarding the kind of spaces (ward room, waiting areas, landscape and outside areas). The result shows that direct contact to nature has the highest significance from the user point of view. Then we used the results to design the pediatric cancer clinic with biophilic approach.
