Dimodone is a cyclic organic cyclic dicton used in organic chemistry to determine whether a compound contains an aldehyde group. In general, cyclohexane ions can be used as catalysts in the formation of metal complexes. Other applications include colorimetry, crystallography, luminescence, and spectrophotometric analysis. It can also be used for chemistry with low electrical resistance organic compounds.
Obesity is now a global problem and is blocked by a number of chronic diseases including osteoarthritis.
Sleep apnea, gallstones, fatty liver disease, reproduction and gastrointestinal cancers, dyslipidemia, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, heart failure, coronary artery disease and stroke are associated.
In recent years, there have been countless drugs that have been approved for the treatment of obesity. However, many of them are out of the market due to their unfavorable.
Drugs such as amphetamines, rimonabant, and sibutramine have been discontinued due to increased psychiatric risk, non-fatal myocardial infarction, or stroke.
In this study, diemodone derivatives have been considered for anti-obesity applications. Different derivatives of their design and anti-obesity properties were studied by activity prediction software for materials (PASS). Precise PASS results are used to model the quantitative activity-structure relationship (QSAR). Prediction of the anti-obesity activity of diphtheria derivatives leading to the design of anti-obesity drugs in the future has been obtained.
