The supply chain directly or indirectly fulfills customer demands. The supply chain includes manufacturers, suppliers, transport departments, warehouses, retailers and customers. In most of the organizations, each internal and external be planned independently, which in most cases increases the costs. Companies need to reduce their costs to maintain their competitive position. One way to reduce the cost of supply chain management is integrating different processes. Integration can significantly reduce chain costs and improve competitive conditions. Different models have been presented to integrate supply and production processes as well as production and distribution. But integrating supply and distribution processes has not been well addressed, and it is necessary to develop a new model that can handle all stages of supply and distribution after receiving consumer demand and provide product warranty. This model can reduce the load of inventory and with inventory maintenance costs. Producer and distributor profits will increase as a result of reduced prices. The bullwhip effect will be reduced due to the coordination between the members of the chain. Scenario-based random scattering is used to investigate demand uncertainty. The objective function in this model is to maximize the whole chain profit. The use of the profit objective function indirectly reports the chain cost, while the use of the cost minimization objective function does not provide profit checking. Thus, examining the utility objective function, costs and benefits also can be determined. The MATLAB software was used to solve the experimental model.
