بسيج، نهادي مردمي است كه از دل انقلاب اسلامي متولد شد و هدف آن كمك كردن به انقلاب، جهت به ثمر نشستن انقلاب اسلامي و تحقق تمدن اسلامي است. پايگاه هاي بسيج مساجد و محلات، بخش عمده اي از وظيفه تربيت نوجوانان و جوانان كشور جهت پيشبرد اهداف انقلاب اسلامي را بر عهده دارند. تحقيق حاضر با هدف شناسايي آسيب ها و موانع موجود در مسير بسيج مساجد و سپس ارائه راهكارهاي متناظر براي بهبود اوضاع فرهنگي پايگاه هاي بسيج مساجد و محلات انجام شده است. در اين تحقيق، كه از لحاظ هدف، كاربردي و توسعه اي است، با روش تحليل مضمون، به مطالعه منابع كتابخانه اي، شامل كتب و مقالات مربوط به مباني فكري اسلامي برگرفته از متون ديني، با تقرير امامين انقلاب اسلامي پرداخته شده است. با تشكيل پنل خبرگان، از ميان تعداد زياد آسيب ها و راهكارها، مهمترينشان گزينش شده است. در فصل نتايج، آسيبها و راهكارها احصاء شده است كه اميد است مسئولين اين امر، به آنها توجه لازم را داشته باشند.

Pathology and strategies for cultural improvement of Basij of Tehran mosques based on soft technology in Islam

The Basij is a popular institution that was born from the heart of the Islamic Revolution and its goal is to help the revolution to achieve the fruits of the Islamic Revolution and the realization of Islamic civilization. Basij bases in mosques and neighborhoods are responsible for a major part of the task of educating the country's adolescents and youth to advance the goals of the Islamic Revolution. The aim of the present study was to identify the damages and obstacles in the path of mobilizing mosques and then to provide appropriate solutions to improve the cultural situation of mobilization bases of mosques and neighborhoods. In this research, which is practical and developmental in terms of purpose, with the method of content analysis, library resources have been studied, including books and articles related to Islamic intellectual principles taken from religious texts, with the narration of the Imams of the Islamic Revolution. With the formation of the panel of experts, the most important of the many injuries and solutions have been selected. In the results chapter, the harms and solutions are listed, which it is hoped that the authorities will pay due attention to.
