بازآفريني و ساماندهي بازار تاريخي قزوين و ميزان تاثير آن بر سرزندگي اقتصادي (محور علاف راسته)

چكيده:توجه به بافت هاي فرسوده تاريخي و رفع ناپايداري آن ها به موضوع جدي و محوري تبديل شده،به گونه اي كه سازمان ذي ربط را به تكاپو سازمان دهي و بازآفريني بافت هاي مذكور سوق داده و لزوم مداخله در اين بافت ها را در دوره هاي مختلف زماني مطرح نموده است.پيوستگي و هماهنگي ميان اجزاي فضا و فعاليت هاي آنها در بافت هاي تاريخي ايران باعث شده است كه فضاهاي شهري بر مبناي استخوان بندي وساختار فضايي بافت به وجود آمده بازار قزوين ،زماني محل كانون ثروت و قدرت شهر قزوين و حتي نيازهاي منطقه اي خود بوده است،در حالي كه در شرايط كنوني از حيث اقتصادي عملكرد قبلي خود را نداشته است.پژوهش حاضر در پي رسيدن به سرزندگي اقتصادي با رويكرد بازآفريني و سازماندهي بازار قزوين محور علاف راسته مي باشد.روش تحقيق در اين پژوهش تحليلي-توصيفي و ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات شامل روش هاي كتابخانه اي ،پرسش نامه اي و ميداني است.روش نمونه به صورت تصادفي ساده بوده و جامعه هدف اصناف،كارشناسان و مراجعين به محدوده مورد مطالعه انتخاب شده است. يافته هاي اين پژوهش نشان مي دهد مهم ترين دلايل عدم بروز سرزندگي اقتصادي در بازار عدم بازسازي و بهبود شكل و ساختار كالبدي بازار و عدم ساماندهي فعاليت اصناف و نبود زير ساخت هاي مناسب جهت ارائه خدمات به مراجعين و كسبه بوده است.بازار در صورتي مي تواند به سرزندگي اقتصادي برسد كه توسط سه بازآفريني فيزيكي –فرهنگي –اجتماعي و كاركردي بررسي شود.نتايج حاصل از اين پژوهش گوياي اين مطلب است كه بازار قزوين(محور علاف راسته)براي رسيدن به سرزندگي اقتصادي به بازآفريني كاركردي و كالبدي نيازمند است.واژه هاي كليدي:بافت هاي تاريخي ،نوسازي ،بازآفريني و ساماندهي،بازار قزوين،علاف راسته ،سرزندگي اقتصادي

Abstract: Paying attention to worn historical textures and resolving their instability have become a serious issue, which led the mentioned organization to organize and recreate the aforesaid textures and Bring up the necessity of Interference in these textures in different time periods. Continuity and coordination within the area components and their activities in Iran’s historical textures have made the Urban Spaces based on skeleton and space structure of texture created in Qazvin’s market ,was once a the Wealth Hotspot and power of Qazvin city and even its own area needs ,while in the current situation it no longer have its previous economic respect . The present study seeks to achieve economic vitality with the Approach of recreate and organizing Qazvin market allaf raste. the research method in this research is Descriptive-analytical and the information collecting tools contains the library method, query and interventional. Method sample Is randomly simple and the target society is Guilds, experts and the selected area clients. This research discovery’s shows that the most important reasons for Lack of economic vitality in the market is Lack of reconstruction and lack of appearance improve and the physical structure of the market Failure to regulate guild activity and Lack of proper infrastructure in order to provide services to clients and businesses. The market can achieve economic vitality if it gets examined by three physical, social, and functional reproductions. The results of this research show that the market Qazvin(allaf raste)needs Functional and physical recreation in order to achieve economic vitality.
