باززنده سازي مجموعه امير مفخم خمين با رويكرد گردشگري كشاورزي

روستاي شهابيه از توابع شهرستان خمين در استان مركزي، اقتصادي مبتني بر كشاورزي دارد كه عمدتا در زمينه توليد گُل¬هاي زينتي و دارويي فعاليت دارد؛ اما پتانسيل¬هاي روستا در جذب گردشگر از ساير نواحي، در عمل ناديده گرفته شده-است. مجموعه اميرمفخم با 14 هكتار وسعت، يكي از عناصر اصلي در استخوان‌بندي روستاي شهابيه است كه به عنوان يك باغ حكومتي-مسكوني در اواخر دوره قاجارساخته شده و نقش ويژه¬اي در ابعاد اجتماعي و اقتصادي روستا داشته¬است؛ اما در طول زمان به دلايلي همچون مالكيت چندگانه، كاربري و نقش اصيل آن در روستا از دست رفته¬است. اين پژوهش، روستا و ميراث آن را منشأ توسعه دانسته و به¬دنبال ارائه راهكاري براي حفظ جمعيت بومي، حفظ و ترويج ميراث روستايي، بهبود روش¬هاي كاشت، افزايش درآمد روستاييان منطقه، باززنده¬سازي بناها و باغ¬هاي روستايي و ارائه راهكاري براي همكاري بخش خصوصي و دولتي براي توسعه روستاهاي منطقه است. پژوهش حاضر، با روش توصيفي-تحليلي انجام شده و نتايج آن از نوع كاربردي است. از طريق اطلاعات ميداني، كتابخانه-اي و استناد به تاريخ شفاهي و مكتوب در مورد روستاي شهابيه، داده¬هاي پژوهش گردآوري شده و با تكيه بر استدلال منطقي و توصيف و تحليل، براي باززنده¬سازي مجموعه اميرمفخم راهكاري عملي تبيين شده¬است. با توجه به مفاهيم مرتبط با ميراث روستايي و براي دستيابي به نتايج پژوهش، پس از انجام مراحل نيازسنجي و امكان¬سنجي، كاربري مركز تحقيقات كشاورزي برگزيده و طرح مرمت، حفاظت و احياء مجموعه اميرمفخم ارائه شد. همچنين براي ايجاد رابطه ميان مالكان فعلي مجموعه پلان مديريتي تدوين شده¬است تا جوانب مشاركت، ارتباط ميان نهادها، گرايش عموم به موضوع را در نظر بگيرد و وظايف هر يك را در اين زمينه مشخص كند و برنامه زمان¬بندي براي آن اجراي آن ارائه كند. براي تحقق گردشگري در مجموعه، يك مسير گردشگري روستايي از مبدا تهران به مقصد شهابيه با نقاط توقف گردشگري در محدوده استان مركزي تعريف شد ؛ در ادامه با تدوين حريم براي اجراي ضوابط در مجموعه و بافت پيراموني آن، به برنامه¬ريزي آگروتوريسم در بستر باغ و بناهاي مجموعه پرداخته شد.

Revitalization of Khomein Amir-Mofakham complex (approach: Agrotorism)

Shahabieh village, Khomein city, Markazi province. It is economy based on agriculture, which is mainly on breeding decorative and herbal flowers; But the potential of the village in attracting tourists from other areas has been neglected. The area of Amir-Mofakhm complex is 14 hectares & it’s one of the main elements in the texture skeleton of Shahabieh village. It’s a government-residential garden that was built in the late Qajar dynasty and had played a special role in the social and economic dimensions of the village; But due the time, multiple ownership caused losing its use and original role in the village. This research has a standpoint that “the village and rural heritage is a factor of development” and seeks to preserve the local population, preserve and promote rural heritage, improve planting methods, increase the income of villagers, revitalizate rural structure and rural gardens & provide a solution for private and public cooperation for rural development in area. The present research was conducted by descriptive-analytical method and being practical. Through field information, libraries and citing oral and written history about Shahabieh village, research data have been collected and based on logical reasoning, description and analysis, a practical solution has been explained to revitalize Amir-Mofakham complex. According to the concepts related to rural heritage and to achieve the research results, after performing the needs assessment and feasibility research, the use of the Agricultural Research Center was selected and the restoration, protection and revitalization plan of Amir-Mofakham complex was presented. Also, to create a co-ownership, a set of management plans has been developed to consider the participations, the relationship between the organizations, the general tendency towards the issue, and to specify the duties of each in this field and present a schedule for its implementation. In order to realize tourism in the complex, a rural tourism route was defined from Tehran to Shahabieh with tourist stations in Markazi province; Then, by compiling the boundaries for the implementation of the criteria in the complex and its surrounding context, Agrotourism was planned in the garden and buildings of this complex
