The exclusive use of road accident mortality to prioritize vehicle safety in its medium- and long-term R&D program, ensure any increase in vehicle safety, and other Provided items that are also allowed to be used. For this reason, various organizations and institutions have developed standards to control occupant safety. In this capital letter, a three-dimensional simulation of a passenger car has been prepared in Catia software. Then it was transferred in Altair HyperMesh software. For trimming this car, two-dimensional triangular and square elements with 5 and 10 mm dimensions have been used. The element file in LS-DYNA software is imported and assigned to its components by material and thickness in the next step. Then the connections between the parts are defined. After that, in terms of the press, the standard conditions of ECE-R95, border conditions, loading, and performance testing have been performed. Then, based on the criteria of the ECE-R95 test, optimization constraints are employed. Parameters such as the thickness of body components are considered in this experimental test more to the variable design. The objective function in this feeling was the weight of the car. This optimization is done normally to maintain the safety and health of the occupants. To solve the optimization problem, a Taguchi discrete optimization method is used. Finally, the optimal condition of this car is lighter than approximately 4.56 kg.
