Following a new approach in the valuation of historical buildings and tissues, in this research, identifying the concept of value as one of the intangible concepts in protecting works. By analyzing and reviewing its relationships and views, and examples of practical experiences in the valuation of monuments, the theoretical framework was achieved in order to valuate monuments. Due to the specific theoretical framework, monument valuation will be carried out at 5 different levels, which was valued at the first level of value of each monument including virtuality, integrity and identity, and in the next level of components in relation to dimensions The triple was defined, including the component: historical genealogy, dynamics and vitality, form, meaning, etc. can be mentioned and at the third level of the facades of the building in relation to the components, and after that indicator- Valuation is defined in adaptation to the facades and is located at the lowest level of variables, each of which shows a valuable value in the monument. In the following, by examining the conceptual framework presented in the three monuments of Yazd, the home of the Brotherhood of the smoker - the house of Sadr Talela-House of Mudt, to its operational, so that the main objective of this research is to develop the same framework of valuation and assessment of monuments.
