چكيده استفاده از فناوري اطلاعات در دنياي امروز ، ضامن بقا و تداوم فعاليتهاي سازمان است. يكي از فناوري هايي كه در دهه اخير به كمك سازمان ها آمده است فناوري بلاكچين است. به طور كلي بلاكچين يك نوع سيستم ثبت اطلاعات و گزارش است و تفاوت آن با سيستم‌هاي ديگر اين است كه اطلاعات ذخيره شده روي اين نوع سيستم، ميان همه اعضاي شبكه به اشتراك گذاشته مي‌شوند و هر يك از اعضا ميتوانند اطلاعات جديدي را به سوابق آن اضافه نمايند. با توجه به تاثيرات بنيادي كه فناوري بلاكچين برروي سازمانها دارد، آمادگي هاي سازماني خاصي را قبل از تصميم گيري و اقدام به پياده سازي اين فناوري طلب مي كند. بنابراين استفاده از يك چارچوب براي سنجش آمادگي سازماني و مهيا نمودن شرايط اوليه لازم براي پياده سازي اين فناوري در كاهش وقوع شكست در فرايند اجرا بسيار موثر است .هدف از تحقيق حاضر، ارزيابي آمادگي سازماني جهت پياده سازي و بكار گيري فناوري بلاكچين در سيستم لجستيك و زنجيره تامين براي صنعت حمل و نقل ريلي ميباشد. به همين منظور شركت " تركيب حمل و نقل" به عنوان مطالعه موردي، بررسي شده است. در همين رابطه ابتدا ادبيات موضوع مورد بررسي قرار گرفت تا بتوان مولفه هاي مهم و شاخص هاي موثر در بكارگيري و پياده سازي فناوري بلاك چين در زنجيره تامين را مشخص كرد. به دليل اينكه مدل مشخصي براي اين موضوع طراحي نشده است ، از مدلهاي ارزيابي سيستم هاي اطلاعاتي و آمادگي الكترونيكي الگو برداري شد و مدلي متناسب با موضوع تحقيق طراحي و ارائه شد. در ادامه با توجه به شاخص ها و مدل پيشنهادي، روش انجام تحقيق مشخص گرديد. در اين پايان نامه با استفاده از پرسشنامه و توزيع آن در ميان كارشناسان آشنا به موضوع تحقيق در شركت مورد اشاره و وزن دهي به نتايج مربوطه با استفاده از روش بهترين- بدترين ، وزن شاخص ها مشخص گرديد و در ادامه آمادگي شركت قبل از بكار گيري فناوري بلاك چين در هر يك از عوامل با استفاده از آزمون هاي آماري ارزيابي شد. بر اساس نتايج حاصله از بين 6 عامل مورد بررسي ، ميزان آمادگي راهبردي ، آمادگي مديريتي و آمادگي ساختاري در سطحي قابل قبول و در مقابل ميزان آمادگي منابع سازماني ، آمادگي فرهنگي و آمادگي قانوني در سطح غير قابل قبولي قرار دارند. در همين رابطه پيشنهاداتي به منظور بهبود آمادگي سازماني و برنامه ريزي اقدامات اصلاحي ارائه گرديد.

Assessing Organizational Readiness to Implement and Use Blockchain Technology in Logistics and Supply Chain; A Case Study of the Rail Transportation Industry

Abstract: The use of information technology in today's world guarantees the survival and continuity of the organization's activities. One of the technologies what has come to the aid of organizations in the last decade is block chain technology. Generally, block chain is a type of registration system Information and reports and the difference with other systems is that the information is saved on this type the system is shared among all members of the network and each member can submit new information add records.Given the fundamental effects that block chain technology has on organizations, need to specific readiness organization before making a decision and implementing this technology. So use one Framework for measuring organizational readiness and providing the necessary initial conditions for the implementation of this technology in reducing the occurrence of failure in the implementation process is very effective. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the organizational readiness for implementation development and application of block chain technology in the logistics system and supply chain for the rail transport industry. For this purpose, the tarkib haml o naghl company as a case study, reviewed. In this regard, first the subject literature was examined in order to find important components and effective indicators in employment and implementation marked the construction of block chain technology in the supply chain. Because a specific model for this subject not sketched, Information systems evaluation models and electronic readiness was modeled and model it was sketched and presented in accordance with the research topic. Then, according to the proposed indicators and model, the method is done the research was identified. In this thesis using a questionnaire and its distribution among experts familiar with the subject research in the mentioned company and weighting of the relevant results using the best-worst method, index weight was identified. And further the company's readiness before using block chain technology in any of the factors using statistical tests were evaluated. Based on the results obtained from among the 6 factors studied, the level of strategic readiness, managerial readiness and structural readiness at an acceptable level and in contrast to the level of organizational resources readiness, cultural readiness and legal readiness are at an unacceptable level. In this regard, suggestions were made to improve organizational readiness and plan corrective actions.
