كار آفريني علاوه بر موفقيت ها و سودآوريهاي آن با چالشهايي هم همراه است . كارآفريني الزاما با شكست مواجه نميشود ولي شكست در كسب و كار كارآفرينانه مي تواند ش كارآفرين را در فرايندي قرار دهد تا در جنبه هاي م تل فردي و كاري رشييد و ارت ا يابد. يادگيري حاليي از شييكسييت فرا يندي اسييت كه به كارآفرين كمك كرده تا در كنار توسييه شي صي يتي شناخت بيشتري پيدا كند تا جايي كه در اين فرايند از يادگيري به بازيابي و موف يتهاي بيدي راه يابد. فرد كارآفرين كه از شيكستها درس گرفته و به علوم و فنون جديدي دسييت پيدا كرده اسييت ق يا در روند كسييب و كار خود از يافته هاي خود بهره برده و ايده ها و ابتكارات عملياتي كه باعث موف يت و پيشرفت در كسب و كار خواهد شد ارايه ميدهد. اين پژوهش با هد بررسي اثرات يادگيري در بازيابي پس از شكست كسب و كار لورت گرفته است. روش پژوهش برحسب هد كاربردي و برحسب گردآوري اطفعات توليفي–همبستگي است. همچنين براساس اطفعات گردآوري شده از كارآفرينان اثر يادگيري در بازيابي پس از شكست كسب وكار را ميسنجد. از اينرو نظرات 121 نفر از كارآفرينان كه بهلورت تصادفي انت اب شدهاند در قالب پرسشنامه گردآوري شد. تح ي حاضر داراي روايي محتوا است و پايايي سواالت به وسيله آلفا كرونباخ انجام شد. تجزيه و تحلي در دو ب ش آمار توليفي و استنباطي انجام شد در ب ش استنباطي با استفاده از روش مدلسازي ميادالت ساختاري با استفاده از نرم افزار pls3 smart نيز مدل موردنظر بررسي شد. بهطور خفله بر اساس نتايج بهدست آمده بازيابي افراد داراي مركز كنترل دروني بيشتر از طري اعتماد به نفس و بازيابي افراد داراي مركز كنترل بيروني بيشتر از طري خوش بيني لورت مي گيرد.

Modeling the effects of learning on recovery after business failure

Entrepreneurship, in addition to its successes and profits, also comes with challenges. Entrepreneurship does not necessarily fail, but failure in entrepreneurial business can put the entrepreneur in a process to grow and improve in various aspects of personal and work. Learning from failure is a process that has helped the entrepreneur to gain more knowledge along with personality development to the point where in this process from learning to recovery and subsequent success. The entrepreneur who has learned from failures and gained new sciences and technologies will definitely use his findings in the course of his business and will present ideas and operational initiatives that will lead to success and progress in the business. This study aims to investigate the effects of learning on recovery after business failure. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of data collection. It also measures the effect of learning on recovery after a business failure, based on information gathered from entrepreneurs. Therefore, the opinions of 101 randomly selected entrepreneurs were collected in the form of a questionnaire. The present study has content validity and the reliability of the questions was done by Cronbach's alpha. The analysis was performed in two parts: descriptive and inferential statistics. In the inferential part, the model was studied using the structural equation modeling method using smart pls3 software. In summary, based on the obtained results, the recovery of people with internal control center is done through more confidence and self-confidence and the recovery of people with external control center is done through more optimism.
