اين پژوهش با هدف شناسايي و ارزيابي شايستگيهاي فردي، رفتاري و تكنيكي مدير پروژه در موفقيت پروژه صورت پذيرفته است. از نظر روش تحقيق توصيفي- پيمايشي و جامعه آماري مورد مطالعه تمام مديران پروژه شركت ارتباطات سيار (همراه اول) مي‌باشد؛ و تعداد آن در تهران و اصفهان 128 نفر؛ شامل مديران ارشد؛ مديران پروژه و كارشناسان ارشد پروژه‌هاي شركت ارتباطات سيار (همراه اول) كه حداقل سه سال سابقه كار و مدرك تحصيلي ليسانس و بالاتر دارند؛ مي‌باشد. جهت جمع آوري داده ها از اطلاعات ميداني استفاده شده است و اين كار از طريق توزيع پرسشنامه صورت گرفته است. در اين پژوهش به منظور اندازه‌گيري پايايي پرسشنامه ازروش آلفاي كرونباخ (رقم 7/0 )؛ با استفاده از نرم افزار spss استفاده شده است كه براساس اطلاعات بدست آمده و براساس فرضيه هاي پژوهش و با استفاده از روش هاي آمار توصيفي از قبيل فراواني و درصد فراواني متغيرها و در آمار استنباطي از آزمون كولموگروف- اسميرنوف براي بررسي نرمال بودن جامعه، كه با توجه به نتايج اين آزمون(عدم نرمال بودن توزيع)، از آزمون رتبه بندي فريدمن براي رتبه‌بندي شايستگي‌هاي مدير پروژه بهره برده شد. برمبناي نتايج بدست آمده، در گروه شايستگي فردي؛ اولويت مولفه ها به اين ترتيب است: رهبري و مديريت؛ تجربه؛ تصميم‌گيري و ارتباط و تعامل. در گروه شايستگي رفتاري؛ اولويت مولفه ها به اين ترتيب است: مهارت مذاكره، هوش عاطفي و انعطاف‌‌‌‌‌پذيري. در گروه شايستگي فني؛اولويت مولفه‌ها به اين ترتيب است: تفكر سيستمي؛ دانش فني و تخصصي. و در نهايت رتبه بندي شايستگي‌ها؛ در بين سه گروه شايستگي، بيشترين و مؤثرترين شايستگي‌ها به ترتيب مربوط به شايستگي‌هاي فردي، شايستگي رفتاري و شايستگي تكنيكي مدير پروژه است.

This study aims to identify and evaluate the individual, behavioral and technical competencies of the project manager in the success of the project. Field information was used to collect data and this was done through the distribution of questionnaires. In this study, in order to measure the reliability of the questionnaire by Cronbach's alpha method (cultivar 0.7); Using SPSS software, which is based on the information obtained and based on research hypotheses and using descriptive statistical methods such as frequency and frequency of variables and in inferential statistics from Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to examine the normality of society, which According to the results of this test (distribution abnormality), Friedman ranking test was used to rank the competencies of the project manager. Based on the results obtained, in the individual competency group; The priority of the components is as follows: leadership and management; Experience; Decision making and communication and interaction. In the behavioral competency group; The priority of the components is as follows: negotiation skills, emotional intelligence and flexibility. In the technical competency group, the priority of the components is as follows: system thinking; Technical and specialized knowledge. And finally the ranking of competencies; Among the three competency groups, the most and most effective competencies are related to individual competencies, behavioral competencies and technical competencies of the project manager, respectively.
