از عوامل مهم در ارتقاء يا كاهش امنيت فردي در زندگي روزمره شهروندان حضور در فضاهاي شهري است. القاي آرامش و امنيت توسط فضاهاي شهري به‌وسيله شبكه ناخودآگاه پيچيده¬ اجتماعي و كالبدي ايجاد مي¬شود، آنچه در اين رساله به‌عنوان امنيت فضايي ياد مي¬شود. لزوم پرداختن به مقوله امنيت به‌عنوان يكي از مؤلفه‌هاي مهم و تأثيرگذار در سرزندگي و ادامه حيات فضاهاي شهري در مناطق اسكان غير رسمي سبب انجام اين مطالعه با هدف تبيين فرآيند شكل¬گيري و تكامل امنيت فضايي در اين مناطق شد. در اين رساله فرايند شكل¬گيري و تكامل امنيت فضايي در سكونتگاه¬هاي غير رسمي مورد تحليل و تبيين قرار گرفت. ازاين‌رو سؤال اصلي پژوهش حاضر از اين‌ قرار مطرح گرديد كه شاخص¬ها و معيارهاي مؤثر بر امنيت فضايي چيست و فرآيند شكل¬گيري و تكامل امنيت فضايي در مناطق اسكان غير رسمي چگونه است. همچنين اين پژوهش درصدد است ضمن تبيين فرايند شكل¬گيري امنيت فضايي در سكونتگاه¬هاي غير رسمي، نوع نگاه و ادراك امنيتي مناطق اسكان غير رسمي هدف را از ديدگاه ناظران و ساكنان تحليل كرده و درنهايت مدل فرايندي تبيين شده در مرحله اول را بر منطقه مورد كاوي انطباق دهد. با توجه به ماهيت و گستره موضوع مورد مطالعه، روش پژوهش حاضر از جنبه هدف تحقيق كاربردي – توسعه¬اي و تحليلي است. رويكرد روش¬شناسي آن بر مبناي روش آميخته(كمي و كيفي) مي¬باشد. فرآيند انجام تحقيق بدين‌صورت بوده كه در وهله اول؛ با بررسي ادبيات نظري، منابع كتابخانه¬اي و اينترنتي نظير پايگاه¬هاي اطلاعات علمي، مجلات تخصصي مرتبط با حوزه امنيت و اسكان غير رسمي و طرح¬هاي پژوهشي انجام‌شده توسط سازمان¬هاي مرتبط، مباني نظري، معيارها و شاخص¬هاي اصلي در شكل¬گيري امنيت فضايي شناسايي، احصاء و موردبررسي قرار گرفت. در فرايند انجام پژوهش، در گام اول؛ به‌منظور تبيين فرايند شكل¬گيري امنيت فضايي در مناطق اسكان غير رسمي از روش سيستماتيك گراندد تئوري استفاده‌شده و در ادامه به‌منظور تشريح ارتباط و توالي بين ابعاد و شاخص¬ها و تبيين سطوح و مراحل شكل¬گيري امنيت فضايي، نتايج كدگذاري‌هاي اين روش از مدل ساختاري تفسيري(ISM) استفاده گرديد. بر اساس نتايج مدل تفسيري، نظر خبرگان و ادبيات نظري پژوهش، فرآيند شكل‌گيري و تكامل امنيت فضايي در سكونتگاه¬هاي غير رسمي به ترتيب در 3 مرحله؛ بلوغ اوليه امنيت(توليد امنيت)، بلوغ ثانويه امنيت(نظارت و حفاظت از امنيت) و در نهايت مرحله بلوغ كامل امنيت(بازتواني، ترميم و بازسازي) شناسايي گرديد. در گام دوم پژوهش، به‌منظور تحليل محتواي امنيت(ادراك محيطي امنيت)در مناطق اسكان غير رسمي و تبيين شكاف و زاويه موجود بين ديدگاه ناظرين با ساكنين با استفاده از طراحي پرسشنامه محقق ساخته، شاخص¬ها و مؤلفه‌هاي ادراك محيطي امنيت يك‌بار از ديدگاه ناظران و بار ديگر از ديدگاه ساكنان منطقه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داد در برخي از مؤلفه‌هاي محيطي امنيت ديدگاه ناظران و ساكنان به هم نزديك بوده و در مجموع وضعيت مطلوبي را در مناطق اسكان غير رسمي هدف تداعي نمي¬كند. اما در برخي از مؤلفه‌هاي اصلي محيطي امنيت بين دو ديدگاه تفاوت و شكاف جدي وجود دارد كه اين زاويه نگاه سبب شده است، ادراك امنيت ساكنان در اين مناطق با قرائت رسمي امنيت در اين محيط¬ها(توسط ناظران) متفاوت بوده و آنان برخلاف ناظران حس امنيت بالايي را تجربه كنند. در گام سوم، ويژگي¬ها و مؤلفه‌هاي امنيت فضايي در قلمرو مورد كاوي اين پژوهش مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته و ويژگي¬هاي منحصر به‌ فرد اين مناطق كه در فرايند شكل¬گيري امنيت فضايي در مناطق اسكان غير رسمي تأثيرگذار هستند احصاء گرديد و در نهايت الگوي فرايند به‌دست‌آمده در شكل¬گيري امنيت فضايي در مناطق اسكان غير رسمي منطقه مورد كاوي، مورد انطباق و راستي آزمايي قرار گرفت. با انطباق فرايند احصاء شده در سكونتگاه¬هاي غير رسمي مورد كاوي مرحله جديدي تحت عنوان « امنيت تصرف» در فرايند شكل¬گيري و تكامل امنيت فضايي شناسايي گرديد.

Explanation The formation and evolution process of spatial security in informal settlements Case study: southern marginal area of Tehran; Nasimshahr)

One of the critical factors in enhancing or reducing personal security in citizens' daily lives is presence in urban spaces. The induction of welfare and security in urban spaces is created by a complex social and physical subconscious network, referred to in this dissertation as spatial security. The need to address security as one of the important and influential components in the vitality and survival of urban spaces in informal settlements led to this study to explain the formation and evolution of spatial security in these areas. This dissertation analyzed and explained the formation and evolution of spatial security (security in urban spaces) in informal settlements. Therefore, the main question of the present study was the indicators and criteria affecting space security and the process of formation and evolution of space security in informal settlements. This study also seeks to explain the process of formation of spatial security in informal settlements, analyze the type of view and security perception of informal settlements from the perspective of observers and residents, and finally adopt the process model explained in the first stage to the study area. Due to the nature and scope of the subject under study, the method of the present study is applied-developmental and analytical research. Its methodological approach is based on a mixed-method (quantitative and qualitative). The process of conducting research was such that in the first place; By examining theoretical literature, library and Internet resources such as scientific databases, specialized journals related to security and informal housing and research projects conducted by related organizations, theoretical foundations, criteria, and main indicators in the formation of spatial security (urban space security) are identified, counted and examined. In the research process, in the first step, to explain the formation of spatial security in informal settlements. To explain the relationship and sequence between dimensions and indicators and the levels and stages of formation of spatial security, the coding results of this method were down by interpretive structural modeling (ISM). Based on the results of the interpretive model, the opinion of experts, and the theoretical literature of the research, the process of formation and evolution of spatial security in informal settlements were identified in 3 stages, respectively; The primary security maturity (security production), the secondary security maturity (security monitoring and protection) and finally the complete security maturity stage (rehabilitation, repair, and reconstruction). In the second step of the research, to analyze the content of security (environmental perception of security) in informal settlements and explain the gap and angle between observers and residents using a researcher-made questionnaire, indicators and components of environmental perception of security once from observers' point of view. Another was studied from the perspective of area residents. The results showed that in some environmental components of security, the views of observers and residents are close to each other and, in general, do not evoke a favorable situation in informal settlement areas. But in some of the main components of the security environment, there is a serious difference between the two perspectives, which has caused this perspective, the perception of security of residents in these areas is different from the official reading of security in these environments (by observers). Experience the high. In the third step, the features and components of space security in the study area were studied, and the unique features of these areas that affect the formation of space security in informal settlements were counted, and finally, the obtained process model in the formation of security. Space in informal settlements in the area was excavated, adapted, and verified. With the adaptation of the enumerated process in the informal settlements under investigation, a new stage called "security of tenure" was identified in the process of formation and development of spatial security.
