امروزه نقش و اهميت مديريت دانش سازماني براي اكثر سازمان‌ها و مديران آن‌ها روشن است. از طرفي اين مفهوم مديريتي به كمك فناوري در سازمان رشد و توسعه خواهد يافت. فناوري‌هاي بسياري در طول سال‌هايي كه مديريت دانش به سازمان‌ها معرفي‌شده است، مورداستفاده قرارگرفته‌اند كه برخي از اين موارد بدون در نظر گرفتن عوامل مؤثر بر پذيرش و پياده‌سازي آن‌ها با شكست مواجه شده‌اند و هزينه‌هاي بسياري را بر سازمان‌ها تحميل كرده‌اند. يكي از فناوري‌هايي كه امروزه به دنياي فناوري اطلاعات معرفي‌شده است و به‌سرعت در حال فراگيري و توسعه در صنايع و كاربردهاي مختلف است، فناوري بلاك چين است. اين فناوري با ويژگي‌هاي منحصربه‌فردي كه ارائه مي‌دهد مي‌تواند به پيشبرد و توسعه مديريت دانش سازماني كمك شاياني كند. ازاين‌رو در پژوهش حاضر با بهره‌گيري از دو مدل معتبر TAM و TOE در حوزه پذيرش فناوري و همچنين پيشينه پژوهش، مدل تركيبي پيشنهادي ارائه شد. داده‌هاي جمع‌آوري‌شده، از جامعه‌ي آماري 51 نفري به‌وسيله‌ي پرسشنامه جمع‌آوري گرديد. سپس اين داده‌ها به كمك معادلات ساختاري به روش حداقل مربعات جزئي و با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهاي SMART PLS3 و SPSS تحليل شدند. نتايج اين آزمون‌ها نشان داد كه از ميان سازه‌هاي شناسايي‌شده در مدل مفهومي، عوامل سهولت استفاده درك شده، سودمندي ادراك‌شده، پيچيدگي، امنيت اطلاعات، حمايت مدير ارشد، آمادگي سازمان، محيط نظارتي و پويايي بازار بر قصد استفاده از مديريت دانش مبتني بر فناوري بلاك چين تأثير مي‌گذارند.

Investigating the dimensions of Blockchain Technology acceptance in organizational knowledge management

Today, the role and importance of organizational knowledge management are clear to most organizations and their managers. On the other hand, this management concept will grow and develop in the organization with the help of technology. Many technologies have been used during the years that knowledge management has been introduced to organizations, some of which have failed without considering the factors affecting their acceptance and implementation and have imposed many costs on organizations. Blockchain technology is one of the technologies that has been introduced to the world of information technology today and is rapidly learning and developing in various industries and applications. This technology with its unique features can help to advance and develop organizational knowledge management. Therefore, in the present study, using two valid models, TAM, and TOE in the field of technology acceptance, as well as the research background, a proposed hybrid model was presented. The collected data were collected from a statistical population of 51 people using a questionnaire. Then, these data were analyzed using structural equations using the partial least squares method and SMART PLS3 and SPSS software. The results of these tests showed that among the structures identified in the conceptual model, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, complexity, information security, top management support, organizational readiness, regulatory environment, and market dynamics on the intention to use knowledge management based on blockchain technology affect.
