In the digital age, due to the increasing advances in technology, all aspects of human life, from the activities of daily life to the way businesses operate, have evolved in the vast majority of industries. With the impact of organizations from the changes of the digital age and taking into account the new conditions that have arisen, the need for adaptation and the need to develop the concepts used in various dimensions of management science is clear to everyone. One of these dimensions is organizational leadership. Many organizations consider leadership as an important reference in gaining competitive advantage and creating and developing effective leadership is one of the main concerns of organizations regardless of their type. In this study, by collecting information through questionnaires and analyzing and interpreting information through path analysis and confirmatory factor analysis using SmartPLS 3 software, we found that leadership success in the digital age has the greatest impact on creating dynamic learning in the organization. The digital mindset, which includes five areas of strategic focus, leadership base, implementation structure, level of collaboration, and the role of information and learning, in addition to having a direct impact on leadership success in the digital age, helps to enhance and enhance other capabilities. Creating social capital in the organization leads to increasing employee participation, strengthening trust among individuals and increasing efficiency and satisfaction at all levels of the organization. The existence of social capital also leads to the strengthening of Frasilo leadership, which is one of the capabilities required of leaders in the digital age. Transylvanian leadership can also lead to leadership success in the digital age by expanding inter-unit communication and improving the knowledge management process. One of the fundamental changes that has taken place in organizations in the digital age is the emergence of virtual teams. Creating, using and leading these teams is one of the most effective ways to successfully lead an organization in the digital age. In the digital age, due to the need of the organization to be familiar with the constantly changing preferences of customers to improve customer satisfaction and customer experience, digital leaders must be able to create collaboration and co-creation through customers and other partners to innovate and provide products and services.
