Many classical distributions have been used in the past decades to model data in various disciplines of engineering, statistics, medical and environmental sciences, biological studies, demography, economics, and insurance. In many applications, such as data life analysis, finance, and insurance, there is an urgent need for generalized forms of these distributions. For this reason, many methods for generating new families of distributions have been studied. A widely used family of continuous distributions in the analysis of lifetime data is the Burr distribution family. In this dissertation, in the first chapter, the problem and necessity of conducting research, research objectives, how to conduct research, etc. are discussed. In the second chapter, we will deal with the basic definitions. In the third and fourth chapters, we examine the Burr distributions of type twelve and type three and In Chapter 5, we introduce a new distribution of Burr distributions that is suitable for lifetime data with non-monotone hazard functions such as U-shaped unimodal, and ascending unimodal hazard functions. Chapter 6 simulates and compares the distribution of type twelve and the distribution of type three and The last chapter summarizes, innovates and future suggestions.
