The formation of network cooperation models in the field of health and especially in the field of providing diagnostic services is one of the necessities of the country. However, due to the conflict of interest between individual laboratories and the lack of trust between the actors, the formation of these networks in the country is facing a serious challenge. In this dissertation, focusing on a case study in the laboratory diagnosis network of Tehran province, an attempt has been made to provide a mechanism for using trust assessment approaches; Network governance is managed by predicting the level of trust of each member, and behaviors that can disrupt network collaboration are avoided. With the data submitted by twentyeight laboratories over a period of seven months and the level of network trust in them, and using decision tree algorithms, random forest, neural network (multilayer perceptron), simple Bayesian and Bayesian network in soft We modeled Weka software. Finally, it was found that the random forest algorithm has the best performance compared to other algorithms.
