The most important assets of any society are children, the future human resources that, by cultivating their talents, can train capable and efficient people to build a better society. One of the most important skills a child can develop during this time is creativity. With the development of this ability in childhood, human beings can invent different strategies at all stages of life and offer different ways to solve problems.
One of the effective factors in the flourishing and growth of a child's creativity is his living environment. (Saeedi Kia, 2006) One of the architectural concerns is to regulate the living environment in accordance with the user's needs. Children's special designs should meet their needs, an environment that, in addition to meeting their basic needs, develops a sense of curiosity and discovery and creativity.
On the other hand, new technology and technologies have provided new facilities for architects and engineers, among which new materials and materials have been considered as part of the architectural components. Smart materials are materials and products that have the ability to understand and process environmental events and react appropriately to them. In other words, these materials have the ability to change and are able to change their shape, form, color and internal energy reversibly in response to the physical or chemical effects of the environment.
In the present study, the aim of the central design for children is to use intelligent materials in such a way that this space will nurture and promote children's creativity. To design this environment, one must first know the child and his spirits and needs, and along with recognizing the child's needs by examining the concepts of environmental psychology, introduce and classify smart materials, and then use these smart materials in architectural design. The interior architecture offers suggestions for the growth and development of children's creativity.
