Unemployment is one of the major socio-economic problems in countries, especially developing countries, which directly and indirectly affects the performance of governments and decision makers in the fields of economics and government management. In the field of scientific analysis and explanation of unemployment and especially its management in the country, it is necessary to use a new and effective approach, because it seems that due to the complexity and sensitivity of the problem of unemployment in Iran cannot be except through an integrated and scientific approach. Effective unemployment, using the results and comparing the results with research and solutions presented in domestic and foreign studies, a model for managing the unemployed human resources of the country by guiding the workforce using data mining methods.
