امروزه بنادر نقش مهمي در حمل و نقل محموله ها دارند كه باعث روند افزاينده استفاده از بنادر در خيلي از كشورها شده و معضلات اقتصادي، اجتماعي و زيست محيطي را در پي داشته و باعث آلودگي هاي وسيع و گوناگوني در شهرهاي بزرگ شده است. مفهوم پايداري كه يكي از جنبه هاي جدانشدني تمام سامانه هاي زيست محيطي است به كمك اين معضلات آمده است. هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر، شناسايي و ارزيابي شاخص هاي توسعه پايدار و بهره برداري از بنادر سبز در بندر كيش است. ابعاد، مولفه ها و شاخصهاي پايداري مربوط به توسعه بندر شناسايي و سپس با اعمال آن در برنامه توسعه بندر كيش ميزان كاربرد آن ارزيابي و عوامل موجود در بهره برداري از بنادر سبز در راستاي توسعه پايدار براساس مقالات شناسايي شده است كه در اين مطالعه به بررسي و اهميت 7 معيار اصلي و مهمتر از ديدگاه خبرگان پرداخته شده است و 18 زير معيار به عنوان جهت دهي طرح و بهره برداري در آينده مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. مهمترين معيار كيفيت زيستگاه و سرسبزي با وزن شاخص 0.162 و دومين معيار با اختلاف ناچيز شاخص استفاده از انرژي و منابع با وزن شاخص 0.155 و كمترين معيار از نظر اميت با وزن 0.112 شاخص مشاركت اجتماعي است.

Operation of green ports for sustainable development ( Case study: Kish Island)

Nowdays, ports play an important role in the transportation of goods, which has led to an increasing use of ports in many countries and has led to economic, social and environmental problems and has caused a wide variety of pollution in large cities. The concept of sustainability, which is an integral part of all environmental systems, has been helped by these problems. The main purpose of this study is to identify and evaluate indicators of sustainable development and operation of green ports in Kish port. Dimensions, components and sustainability indicators related to port development have been identified and then by applying it in Kish Port Development Program, its application has been evaluated and the existing factors in exploiting green ports for sustainable development have been identified based on articles including 7 criteria and 18 Is below the criteria. The most important criterion of habitat quality and greenery with a weight of 0.162 index and the second criterion with a small difference is the use of energy and resources index with a weight of 0.155 and the lowest criterion in terms of emit with a weight of 0.112 is social participation index.
