The rapid and accelerated growth of technology in recent decades has led to dramatic changes in various types of human life. The economic dimension has been accepted as one of the most important applications of human life from this project and in the discussion of payment and banking affairs, the greatest and most prominent impact of technology can be seen. One of the phenomena that results from this trend is the development and development of mobile applications in online payment or financial transactions. QR Code payment method is one of these new ways and methods of payment. It intends to expand the culture of using QR Code payment using the technology acceptance model to examine the impact of seven tests of usefulness, ease of use, compatibility, research, security, normative beliefs, attitude and health for citizens to use the payment method. QR Code payment; In other words, it is sought to use the TAM technology acceptance model of the seven-factor effect to be mentioned.
The method of this research is survey and its data collection tool is Taylor technology acceptance model questionnaire. The statistical population of this study consists of people who are familiar with QR Code. Out of 400 published questionnaires, 390 questionnaires were analyzed.
First, descriptive statistics and then inferential statistics are examined. In inferential statistics, to answer research questions and conclusions, different statistical methods and tests are used using Amos and SPSS software as mentioned: to check the normalities of the skewness coefficient and. The elongation coefficient, in order to investigate the relationship between different views of Pearson correlation coefficient, in order to investigate the appropriateness of the measuring instrument (questionnaire) is a specific factor analysis using Pearson correlation coefficient. Research findings show that culture building, usefulness, ease of use, compatibility, security, normative beliefs, attitudes, health have meanings on the use of QR Code and QRGraphy in micro-payment with smartphones (Contactless payment).
As a result, with the knowledge that is obtained from the factors affecting e-shopping, it is possible to take steps in these factors in order to worry the customer about e-shopping using the QRGraphy.
