Abstract:
The age of education in the first year of high school, which coincides with adolescence, is a stage in a person's life in which a person experiences comprehensive physical, moral, behavioral, and other changes. On the other hand, according to Islamic Ravayat, the second seven years are the golden age of obedience (training). At present, due to the prevalence of e-learning in schools due to CORONA, and at the same time with the specific age of adolescence, students in junior high school need to provide an integrated model with e-learning indicators and the document of the "fundamental Transformation of Education and Training" to be effective.
The present study was prepared with the aim of designing a model for the effectiveness of e-learning in high schools in the first year. The present research is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive in terms of research method and qualitative in terms of the nature of the data. The study population is experts and specialists in the field of education, the sample size is 18 people who have been selected theoretically. A semi-structured interview method has been used to collect qualitative data and extract the dimensions and components of the e-learning effectiveness model.Semi-structured interview method has been used to collect qualitative data and extract the dimensions and components of the e-learning effectiveness model. Qualitative data gathering and extracting effectiveness components were done by semi-structured interviews. For qualitative data analysis, interview text analysis, open, axial and selective coding were performed. The results showed that the effective model of e-learning in schools has 9 dimensions, which are: student, family, assessment and evaluation, teacher, educational design, extracurricular, electronic system, school instructions and programs and external factors. Then, by showing the relationship between the components with the paradigm approach of Strauss and Corbin, three basic issues in e-learning were identified.
The results of this study showed that the basic process for solving problems and achieving the goals of the document of fundamental transformation in education is: to provide a competent field of action in various fields, to empower students in solving problems with the righteous standard system. At the end, the final model was presented using the structure of the strategy map and the balanced school scorecard. In order to validate the quality of this research, 4 acceptance criteria were also evaluated.
