چكيده
حمل و نقل كالا موضوع ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﺳﺎده ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﯽ رﺳﺪ. ﻫﺮ ﭼﻪ ﺷﺒﮑﻪ ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ و ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ وﺳﯿﻊﺗﺮ ﺷﺪه، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻣﺸﺘﺮﯾﺎن و ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦﮐﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن ﻣﺘﻨﻮع و ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮان ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ و ﻣﺤﺪودﯾﺖﻫﺎي ﺟﺮﯾﺎنﻫﺎي ﻣﻮاد، اﻃﻼﻋﺎت و ﻣﺎﻟﯽ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺷﻮد ﻋﻠﻢ ﺟﺎﺑﺠﺎﯾﯽ ﺗﺨﺼﺼﯽﺗﺮ ﺷﺪه و ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﻪ واﺳﻄﻪ ﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺴﻬﯿﻞ ﺟﺮﯾﺎن ﻣﻮاد و اﻃﻼﻋﺎت اﺣﺴﺎس ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎ در ﺳﺮﺗﺎﺳﺮ ﺟﻬﺎن ﺑﻪ دﻧﺒﺎل ﺗﺎﮐﺘﯿﮏ و ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﺑﻘﺎ در ﻓﻀﺎي رﻗﺎﺑﺘﯽ ﭘﺮﺗﻼﻃﻢ اﻣﺮوزي ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. ﯾﮑﯽ ازاﯾﻦروﯾﮑﺮدﻫﺎ، ﺑﺮونﺳﭙﺎري ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎت ﻟﺠﺴﺘﯿﮑﯽ زﻧﺠﯿﺮه ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﺷﺮﮐﺖﻫﺎي ﻟﺠﺴﺘﯿﮑﯽ ﻃﺮف سوم اﺳﺖ. ﺷﺮﮐﺖﻫﺎي ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﻟﺠﺴﺘﯿﮏ ﻃﺮف ﺳﻮم ﯾﺎ ﺑﻪ اﺧﺘﺼﺎر 3PL ها به شركت هايي ﮔﻔﺘﻪ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد ﮐﻪ سازمانﻫﺎي ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪي ﯾﺎ ﺧﺪﻣﺎﺗﯽ ﺑﺨﺸﯽ ﯾﺎ ﮐﻞ اﻣﻮر ﻟﺠﺴﺘﯿﮑﯽ ﺧﻮد را ﺑﻪ آنﻫﺎ ﺑﺮونﺳﭙﺎري ﻣﯽﮐﻨﻨﺪ. هدف اصلي تحقيق حاضر توسعه يك مدل رياضي براي مساله انتخاب و ارزيابي شركت هاي 3PL بر اساس رويكرد رقابتي در شرايط عدم قطعيت در صنعت خودروسازي به منظور حداقل كردن هزينه ها است. تحقيق حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎ روش ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻰ ﭘﻴﻤﺎﻳﺸﻰ ﻣﻰﺑﺎﺷﺪ و روش ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ آن ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻢ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﺪم ﻗﻄﻌﯿﺖ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در ﻓﻀﺎي واﻗﻌﯽ ﮐﺴﺐ وﮐﺎر، ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي ﻋﺮﺿﻪ و ﺗﻘﺎﺿﺎ در ﻣﺪل تحقيق ﺑﻪ ﺻـــﻮرت اﻋﺪاد ﻓﺎزي ﻣﺜﻠﺜﯽ در ﻣﺪل ﻟﺤﺎظ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ و ﭘﺲ از ﻓﺎزي زداﯾﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺳـــﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار Lingo مدل ﺣﻞ ﺷﺪ و ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﻰدﻫﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ 4000 هزار قطعه ﻣﺤﺼﻮل در ﺷﺮﻛﺖ پارس خودرو ﺣﺪاﻛﺜﺮ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻗﺮاﺿﻪ ﺑﺎزﻳﺎﻓﺘﻰ 1714 هزار قطعه اﺳﺖ و ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻗﺮاﺿﻪ دﺳﺖ اول 2286 هزار قطعه ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺑﻮد.

Transportation goods seems a very simple matter. The wider the supply and distribution network, the different the number of customers and suppliers, and the more restrictions on material flows, information and finance, the more specialized the science of movement becomes and the need for intermediaries to facilitate the flow of materials and information is felt. Organizations around the world are looking for tactics and techniques to survive in today's turbulent competitive environment. One of these approaches is outsourcing supply chain logistics operations in the form of third party logistics companies. Third party logistics services companies or 3PL are companies that outsource their production or service organizations or all of their logistical affairs. The main purpose of the researchThe present is the development of a mathematical model for the problem of selecting and evaluating 3PL companies based on a competitive approach in uncertain conditions in the automotive industry in order to minimize costs. Current research is tailored to the survey descriptive method in terms of the applied purpose of the present study and the research method has been adjusted based on its stages. The uncertainty in the real business environment, supply and demand parameters in the research modelThe triangular fuzzy numbers were considered in the model and after de-fuzzy, the model was solved using Lingo software and the results were analyzed. The results show that with the production of 4000,000 pieces of products in Pars Khodro Company, the maximum use of recycled scrap is 1714,000 pieces and the minimum use of first-hand scrap will be 2286,000 pieces.
