در دنياي رقابتي امروز سازمانها به‌منظور پيشرفت و توسعه كسب وكار خود به دنبال راهي براي افزايش سرعت و كاهش هزينه ها در ارائه ي خدمات خود مي باشند. از سوي ديگر با افزايش جهاني‌شدن صنايع، مقررات مختلف، شرايط مالي و اوضاع سياسي اتخاذ تصميمات درست را در راستاي طراحي سيستم لجستيك جهاني دشوار كرده است. همچنين ازآنجاكه استفاده از سيستم هاي قوي لجستيك يك مزيت رقابتي مهم براي سازمان ها بشمار مي آيد، بسياري از سازمان هاي توليدي به سمت برون‌سپاري خدمات لجستيكي به فراهم آورندگان طرف سوم سوق يافته اند. همگام با صنعتي‌شدن جوامع، آلودگي ها و اثرات زيان بار آن ها بر محيط زيست و انسان به‌صورت تهديد جدي بر سلامت عمومي جامعه قلمداد شده است. لذا توجه به كاهش انتشار آلاينده هاي زيست محيطي در فرآيندهاي ارائه خدمات و در نظر گرفتن مسئوليت هاي اجتماعي توأمان با طراحي زنجيره تامين جهاني بسيار مهم و ضروري است. توجه به انتخاب صحيح تأمين‌كنندگان و پيمانكاران شبكه از منظر معيارهايي نظير شرايط عمومي كاركنان، تحويل به‌موقع و كيفيت خدمت دهي را مي‌توان نمونه اي از مسئوليت هاي اجتماعي دانست. بنابراين در اين پايان نامه سعي بران شده است تا با به‌كارگيري تكنيك-هاي تصميم گيري و ارائه ي مدل برنامه ريزي عدد صحيح به طراحي شبكه زنجيره تامين جهاني براي شركت هاي لجستيك طرف سوم باهدف حداكثرسازي سود پرداخته شود. مدل ارائه شده در مرحله ي اول با در نظر گرفتن معيارهاي اجتماعي و زيست محيطي به ارزيابي پيمانكاران حمل و نقل پرداخته و سپس از نتايج حاصل شده در مدل رياضي استفاده‌شده است. به منظور حل مدل پيشنهادي، روش حل دقيق به كار گرفته شده است و درنهايت مدل ارائه شده بر روي مطالعه موردي صنايع كاشي و سراميك پياده سازي شد و با انجام تحليل حساسيت صحت سنجي مدل صورت گرفت. نتايج حاصل شده بيانگر اين است كه احداث مراكز توزيع خارجي موجب افزايش سودآوري شبكه موردمطالعه مي باشد و شركت هاي لجستيك طرف سوم نقش كليدي در تحقق اين امر دارند.

A global supply chain optimization model for third party logistic provider considering system sustainbility and uncertainty

In today's competitive world, organizations are looking for ways to increase the speed and reduce costs in providing their services in order to grow and develop their business.On the other hand, with the increasing globalization of industries, various regulations, financial conditions and political conditions have made it difficult to make the right decisions in order to design a global logistics system. Also, because the use of robust logistics systems is an important competitive advantage for organizations, many manufacturing organizations have shifted to outsourcing logistics services to third-party suppliers to enable Activities should be performed professionally by specialized companies. With the industrialization of societies and the development of business, pollution and their harmful effects on the environment and human beings have been considered as a serious threat to the general health of society. Therefore, it is very important and necessary to pay attention to reducing the emission of environmental pollutants in the service delivery processes and to consider social responsibilities along with the design of the global supply chain. Paying attention to the correct selection of network suppliers and contractors in terms of criteria such as general conditions of employees, timely delivery and quality of service can be considered as an example of social responsibilities. Therefore, in this dissertation, an attempt has been made to design a global supply chain network for third-party logistics companies by using decision-making techniques and presenting an integer modeling model. The proposed model in the first stage, considering the social and environmental criteria, evaluates the transportation contractors and then the results obtained in the mathematical model are used. In order to solve the proposed model, the exact solution method has been used and finally the proposed model was implemented on a case study of ceramic tile industry and the model was validated by sensitivity analysis. The results indicate that the construction of external distribution centers increases the profitability of the network under study and third-party logistics companies have a key role in achieving this.
