Motivation is one of the most important issues in the field of human resources and many writings and articles on motivation have been discussed by various scientists. Motivational theorists believe that the key to organizational success is the proper management of human resources, and despite the rapid movement of organizations towards technology, the role of human beings as a vital factor and strategy of the organization has been increasingly considered. Therefore, satisfying employees and making them more interested in the job and thus fulfilling organizational goals is of particular importance. One of the important tasks of managers in organizations is to identify the motivational factors of each employee and provide motivational programs tailored to each of them. In this research, our intention is to study and rank the motivational factors in e-business employees, especially employees working in Ilam Telecommunication Company. In the present study, SPSS software version 26 was used to analyze the data and verify the hypotheses. Using the structural equations method and Amos software, we analyzed the confirmatory factor of the theoretical model of motivational factors of Ilam Telecommunication employees based on two categories of external and internal factors. We ranked the job motivation of the employees and finally, using the grouping method in the software, we compared the job motivation factors based on the gender of the employees and determined the priorities of each for male and female employees. As a result of the present study, it shows that internal factors are more effective than external factors of the organization to increase job motivation of employees. Among the 10 internal factors measured in this study, the most important factor is the diversity of job skills, and among the 11 external factors measured in this study, the most important factor is job security, also by examining the gender factor and its effect on employee motivation. In both groups of male and female employees, internal factors have a more effective role in creating job motivation than external factors. In other words, it can be said that gender does not play a decisive role in this field. They have internal factors.
