برنامه ريزي گردشگري يكي از مهمترين انواع برنامه ريزي¬ به¬شمار مي¬آيد. ضرورت برنامه ريزي گردشگري ناشي از تنوع انواع گردشگري و نيز ضرورت پيروي از راهبرد و الگو در اين حوزه است. هدف اين تحقيق، تجزيه و تحليل و برنامه ريزي توريسم فرهنگي و منظر شهري با تأكيد بر تأمين زيرساخت¬هاي لازم، به¬منظور ارائه راهبردي و امنيتي در شهر اروميه است. سؤال اصلي پژوهش حاضر اين است كه الگوي راهبردي و امنيتي برنامه ريزي جامع توسعه گردشگري و توسعه همگون منظر شهري در اروميه داراي چه نقاط قوت و نيز آسيب¬ها و تهديدهايي است؟ يافته¬هاي اين نوشتار نشان مي¬دهد در طراحي الگوي راهبردي برنامه ريزي جامع گردشگري شهر اروميه بايستي قابليت جذب توريسم فرهنگي منطقه و غلبه اين بعد از گردشگري بر ساير ابعاد و ساماندهي جاذبه¬هاي توريسم فرهنگي و از سوي ديگر، مرزي بودن اين شهر و مسائل امنيتي مرتبط در طراحي¬هاي الگويي و راهبردي مورد توجه ويژه قرار گيرد. با توجه¬به اين مقدمه، در اين نوشتار تلاش خواهد شد با استفاده از منابع كتابخانه¬اي و نيز مقالات علمي و پژوهشي و نيز آزمون مصاحبه به تحليل و تبيين الگوي راهبردي و امنيتي برنامه ريزي جامع توريسم فرهنگي و منظر شهري در اروميه پرداخته شود.

Tourism master plan for the axis of Urmia Jame Mosque to Imam Street with emphasis on providing infrastructure

Tourism planning is one of the most important types of planning. The necessity of tourism planning is due to the diversity of tourism types and also the necessity of following the strategy and model in this area. The aim of this study was to analyze and plan cultural tourism and urban landscape with emphasis on providing necessary infrastructures in order to provide strategic and security in Urmia city. The main question of the present study is that the strategic and security model of comprehensive tourism development planning and urban landscape development in Urmia has what strengths as well as damages and threats? The findings of this paper show that in designing the strategic model of comprehensive tourism planning of Urmia city, the ability to attract cultural tourism in the region and overcome this dimension of tourism over other dimensions and organize the attractions of cultural tourism and on the other hand, the border of this city and related security issues in the designs of the pattern and strategic should be considered. According to this introduction, in this article, it will be attempted to analyze and explain the strategic and security model of comprehensive planning of cultural tourism and urban landscape in Urmia using library resources as well as scientific and research papers as well as interview tests
