تفكر استراتژيك نقش بسيار مهمي را در حفظ بقاي سازماني و پيشرفت روز افزون در محيط متغير و پوياي امروزي ايفا مي‌كند. ﺗﻔﻜﺮ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻤﻲ ﻳﻜﻲ از ﻣؤﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي ﺗﻔﻜﺮ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋﻳﻚ اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﭼﺎرﭼﻮب ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﻲ ﺣﻞ ﻣﺴﺎئل ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن را ﺗﺸﻜﻴﻞ ﻣﻲدﻫﺪ و از ﻃﺮﻳﻖ ﻧﮕﺮش ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻤﻲ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺗﻤﺮﻛﺰ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺸﻜﻼت در ﺣﻴﻦ اﺟﺮا ﺑﻪ ﺣﻞ آنﻫﺎ ﻣﻲﭘﺮدازد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي تأثير آموزش تفكر سيستمي بر بهره‌وري مديران در شركتهاي لوازم خانگي صورت گرفته است. اين پژوهش از نظر هدف، توسعه‌اي و به لحاظ روش، توصيفي- پيمايشي است. گردآوري داده¬ها توسط پرسشنامه انجام گرفت كه در تهيه پرسشنامه، ديدگاهها نسبت به شركت‌هايي كه در حوزه لوازم خانگي در استان تهران مشغول به فعاليت هستند گرفته شده است‌. روايي محتوايي پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظرات خبرگان و پايايي آن، توسط آلفاي كرونباخ تاييد شد. جامعه آماري پژوهش كليه مديران شركت توليد لوازم خانگي ماديران به تعداد 70 نفر بوده¬اند كه 100 درصد افراد در اين تحقيق مشاركت و به پرسشنامه‌ها پاسخ داده‌اند، لذا روش گردآوري ‌داده‌ها از نوع سرشماري است. تجزيه و تحليل داده¬ها، با استفاده از روش مدل¬سازي معادلات ساختاري در نرم¬افزار PLS صورت گرفت. يافته¬ها نشان مي¬دهد كليه ابعاد تفكر سيستمي شامل سلسله مراتب سازماني، چند‌‌پاياني و هم‌‌پاياني، وابستگي اجزاي مبهم، ارتباط محيطي و كل‌نگري بر بهره‌وري مديران تاثير مثبت و معنادار دارند. با توجه به يافته‌ها مي‌توان اظهار نمود كه تفكر سيستمي با تجهيز رهبران به نگرش كل‌گرايانه، بهره وري آنها را افزايش داده است و وسيله مناسبي جهت مقابله با مشكلات در دنياي واقعي فراهم مي آورد و ابزاري براي كمك به رهبران در پاسخ به پيچيدگيهاي درحال رشد سازماني است. در پايان با توجه به نتايج حاصل از پژوهش، پيشنهاداتي جهت موفقيت سازمانها و ايجاد يك نگاه سيستمي درجهت افزايش بهره‌وري و آگاهي دادن به تاثير تفكر سيستمي در شناخت و حل مشكلات سازمان ارائه شده است.

Investigating the effect of systems thinking training on the productivity of managers of home appliance companies in Tehran province- Case study: Maadiran Home Appliances Manufacturing Company

Strategic thinking plays a very important role in maintaining organizational survival and increasing progress in today's changing and dynamic environment. Systems thinking is one of the components of strategic thinking that forms the conceptual framework of problem solving in the organization and solves them through a systemic approach as well as focusing on problems during execution. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of systems thinking training on the productivity of managers in home appliance companies. This research is developmental in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. Data collection was done by a questionnaire that in preparing the questionnaire, views were taken on companies operating in the field of home appliances in Tehran province. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha using expert opinions and its reliability. The statistical population of the study was all the managers of Madiran Home Appliance Company, 70 people, 100% of whom participated in this research and answered the questionnaires, so the method of data collection is census. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling in PLS software. Findings show that all dimensions of systems thinking including organizational hierarchy, multi-end and end-end, ambiguity of ambiguous components, environmental relationship and clustering have a positive and significant effect on managers' productivity. According to the findings, it can be said that system thinking by equipping leaders with a holistic attitude, has increased their productivity and provides a good tool to deal with problems in the real world and a tool to help leaders respond to growing organizational complexities. Is. In the end, according to the results of the research, suggestions for the success of organizations and creating a systemic view to increase productivity and awareness of the impact of systems thinking in recognizing and solving organizational problems are presented.
