بافت هاي تاريخي داراي هويت فردي و اجتماعي و همچنين انعكاس فرهنگ و تعاملات شهري هستند. مرمت شهري نه تنها سعي در بهبود وضعيت كالبدي شهر دارد بلكه نكته حائز اهميت آن زنده نگه داشتن فضاي شهري و انطباق آن با رفتار و فعاليت اجتماعي شهروندان در دوران حاضر است. بازسازي به معناي ايجاد فضاي شهري معاصر يا سازمان فضايي جديدي است كه بتواند گفت و گويي خلاق بين گذشته و آينده را نشان دهد. آنچه مورد اهميت است تاثير اين ساماندهي در محيط به منظور حضور مجدد انسان و تقويت ريشه فعاليت هاي مردمي و اجتماعي در عرصه فضاي شهري است. مطالعه حاضر به دنبال بررسي راهكارهاي احياء خانه هاي تاريخي و بازسازي ساختار اصلي بافت كهن قائن به ويژه خيابان امام است، چرا كه در عصر پهلوي به دليل خيابان كشي در اين قسمت، از اجزاي اصلي ساختار بافت قديم قائن محسوب شده است. براي نيل به هدف در اين مطالعه، ابتدا با روش كتابخانه اي به بررسي مفاهيم و اصطلاحات مربوط در اين حوزه پرداخته شده و سپس بررسي تجارب داخلي و خارجي انجام گرفت. شناخت و تحليل محدوده مورد نظر با استفاده از پرسشنامه و جدول SWOT صورت گرفت. در نهايت، طراحي محله پايين با توجه به شاخص هاي استخراج شده از اين روش انجام شد. نتيجه اي كه در اين پايان نامه حاصل شده است نياز به حفظ بافتهاي تاريخي، بازسازي كالبدي و طراحي سايت موزه را نشان داد. همچنين براي توانمندسازي عملكردي آن ها به اقدامات اوليه و مهمي مانند شناسايي وضعيت كالبدي و عملكردي اين بافت ها و البته طراحي مناسب با توجه به نيازهاي مردم بايد تاكيد كرد.

Designing the museums' site of Qaen historical houses aimed at reconstruction the valuable historical fabric in Paeen neighborhood Qaen.

Historical tissues have individual and social identity as well as reflection of culture and urban interactions. Urban restoration is not only tried to improve the city's physical condition, but its importance is alive to keep urban space and adapt to the behavior and social activity of citizens in the present period. Reconstruction means creating contemporary urban space or a new space organization that can show creative dialogue between the past and the future. What is important is the impact of this organization in the environment for human re-presence and strengthening the roots of popular and social activities in the arena of urban space. The present study seeks to investigate the regulations of historical homes and rebuild the main structure of ancient tissue of Cain, especially Imam Street, because in the Pahlavi era, due to the street in this section, the main components of the old texture of Cain have been considered. To achieve the goal in this study, firstly with a library method, the concepts and terms in this area were studied and then examined internal and external experiences. Recognition and analysis of the range were used using questionnaire and SWOT table. Finally, the low neighborhood design was performed according to the indices extracted from this method. The result that has been achieved in this thesis showed the need to maintain historical tissues, physical reconstruction and design of the museum site. It should also be emphasized for their functional empowerment, such as identifying the physical and functional status of these tissues and, of course, proper design according to the needs of the people.
