زندگي ساكنين هر منطقه هيچوقت جدا از فرهنگ بومي ان نقطه جغرافيايي نبوده و اين دو دائما در تاريخ به هم تنيده شده بودند. از اين رو با توجه به رشد سريع ساختمان سازي مسكوني در پايتخت و اهميت كيفيت زندگي ساكنين در ان، در نظر گرفتن پيشبرد و نمود مباني فرهنگي و الگوهاي زندگي كهن و باستاني سكونت گاه هاي معماري ايراني در ان مسئله مهمي است كه با بررسي نمونه موردي هاي حال حاضر شهر ميتوان به فقدان اثر گذاري اين مهم بر طرح ها پي برد.
