در حال حاضر حفاظت از منابع آب و سازگاري با كم¬آبي به عنوان يكي از موضوعات كليدي در توسعه پايدار به ويژه در كشورهاي با اقليم خشك و نيمه خشك مطرح است. در ايران بررسي¬ها نشان مي‌دهد كه سرانه آب تجديدپذير به ميزان قابل توجهي كاهش يافته است و در دهه اخير مناقشات در مقياس منطقه¬اي و شهري در اثر چالش كم¬آبي در حال افزايش است. بنابراين در ايران نيز كمبود آب يكي از مهم¬ترين چالش¬هاي حياتي محسوب مي‌شود. علاوه بر پديده¬هاي انساني مانند سوء مديريت منابع آب، سياست¬هاي نامناسب در طراحي و تشديد شرايط نامطلوب آب، عوامل طبيعي مانند خشكسالي¬ها، تغيير الگوهاي اقليمي، افزايش دما و ... نيز به بزرگتر شدن اين بحران كمك مي كند. با توجه به رويكرد پژوهش، روش اتخاذ شده درطراحي مجتمع تجاري-اداري، در قدم اول مطالعه و تحقيق در مباني نظري، همچنين مطالعات بين رشته¬اي پيشينه پژوهش در راستاي موضوع مي¬باشد و ضمن تحليل داده¬ها و سرانه¬ها، محاسبات لازم انجام گرفته است. پس از معرفي مفاهيم نهفته در موضوع، به شرح رويكرد بهينه¬سازي مصرف آب به خصوص آب باران و آب¬هاي خاكستري پرداخته و سعي در استفاده از آن در طراحي كرده¬ايم. همچنين معرفي تعدادي از پروژه¬هاي داخلي و خارجي كه يك يا تعدادي از روش‌هاي مطرح شده در مورد رويكرد مورد نظر اتخاذ كرده¬اند و شناخت بستر طرح و ضوابط و مقررات مرتبط با موضوع كمك به تصميم¬گيري آگاهانه¬تري در راستاي طراحي خواهد نمود. بدين ترتيب، طرحمايه¬ي پروژه حاصل تلاشي است در جهت طراحي يك مجتمع تجاري- اداري كه در عين پاسخگويي به نياز منطقه و عملكرد صحيح، بتواند درصدي هرچند اندك از آب مصرفي خود را از طريق استفاده بهينه رواناب¬ها و آب‌هاي خاكستري تأمين كند تا بتواند بار كمتري بر روي محيط¬زيست باشد.

Sustainable water management in the design of Commercial - Administrative Complex with an approach to recycle of wasted water

Nowadays preserving water resources and adapting with water scarcity are among the key issues concerning sustainable development especially in countries with arid or semi-arid climate. Researches have revealed that the per capita of renewable water has faced decrease and In the recent decade, regional and urban conflicts due to the challenge of water scarcity has been increasing.Therefore, water shortage is one of the most important challenges in Iran. In addition to human activities such as overexploiting water resources and intensifying unfavorable water conditions as a result of inappropriate policies in design, natural causes such as droughts, climate changes, global warming, etc…, also perpetrate to aggravate the crisis. According to the research approach, the method adopted in the design of the commercial-official complex, is the first step in studying the theoretical and Interdisciplinary foundations of the subject.While analyzing the data and per capita, the necessary calculations have been performed.Then after introducing the implications of the topic, the approach to optimizing water use, especially rainwater and greywater, is discussed and tried to use it in design. Also, the introduction of a number of internal and external projects that have adopted one or more of the methods outlined on the proposed approach, and the recognition of the context and related provisions will help to make more informed decision-making in design. Thus, the project design is an attempt to design a commercial-administrative complex that, while responding to the needs of the region and its proper functioning, can only utilize a small percentage of its water through the optimal use of runoff and gray waters to lessen the burden be on the environment.
