اتيسم اختلال عصبي رشدي پيچيده است كه در سال هاي اوليه زندگي بروز پيدا مي¬كند اين اختلال بر ارتباطات كلامي، غيركلامي و مهارت اجتماعي فرد تاثير مي¬گذارد و عامل بروز رفتارهاي غيرمعمول مي¬شود همچنين ضعف در برقراري تعاملات اجتماعي تا سنين بزرگسالي باقي مي¬مانند و چالش برانگيزتر مي¬شود. هدف از اين پروژه بررسي ارتباط بين عدم استقلال نوجوان اتيسم عملكرد¬بالا با ضعف و نقص در مهارت هاي ارتباطي است همچنين ارائه روش نوين آموزشي و توانبخشي براي بهبود نقايص آنها است. در اين پژوهش از رويكرد طراحي مشاركتي استفاده شد و در تمام مراحل طراحي متخصصين نوجوانان اتيسم بهمراه ساير ذينفعان حضور داشتند همچنين از متدهاي مصاحبه، مشاهده مشاركتي، كلاژ، تصويرنمايه، روزي از زندگي، گفنگوي گروهي متمركز و در نهايت نشست تخصصي ذينفعان استفاده شد. يكي از مهترين بخش¬هاي پروژه انجام مصاحبه با 9 نفر از متخصصين حوزه اختلال اتيسم بهمراه مصاحبه با 16 خانواده نوجوانان اتيسم با عملكرد بالا در بازه سني 14 تا 20 سال بود كه نتايج تمام مصاحبه ها با روش نظرية زمينه¬اي و نرم افزار مكس كيو دي اي تحليل شد. نتايج تحليل¬ها و متدها مختلف كه در اين پروژه استفاده شد نشان داد كه يكي از دلايل عدم استقلال نوجوانان اتيسم با عملكرد-بالا، ضعف در مهارت هاي ارتباطي است و اين نتيجه بين مصاحبة متخصصين و خانوادة نوجوانان اتيسم مشترك بود و همچنين براساس تحليل ها مشخص شد كه يكي از راهكارهاي بهبود مهارت اجتماعي، آموزش در اين زمينه است. براساس نتايج اين پژوهش بهبود در حوزة مهارت¬هاي ارتباطي نوجوانان اتيسم با عملكرد بالا موجب استقلال آنها در سنين نوجواني و بزرگسالي خواهد شد همچنين استفاده از روش¬هاي نوين آموزشي و توانبخشي يكي از راهكارهاي اثربخش در بهبود ارتباطات آنها است.

product design for Autism Spectrum Disorder (14-20 years) for quality of life improvement to facilitate a transition to adulthood

Autism spectrum disorder is a complex neuro-developmental disorder which occurs in the early years of life. It affects an individual's verbal and nonverbal communication and social skills. It results in unusual behaviors. In addition, the weaknesses in social interactions persist into adulthood and would be more challenging. The objective of the present study was to investigate the relationship between the autistic adolescents’ lack of independence and the deficiencies in communication skills. It also presented a new method of education and rehabilitation to improve their disabilities. In this study, the participatory design was used, and in all stages of the design, adolescent autism specialists along with other stakeholders were present. Furthermore, the data collection methods were interview, participant observation, collage, image board, a day of life, focused group interview, and stakeholder walkthrough. The most important parts of the study included interviews with nine experts in the field of autism and 16 families with high-functioning autistic adolescents in the age range of 14 to 20 years. The results of all interviews were analyzed through Grounded theory and MAXQDA software. The results of various analyses showed that one of the reasons for the dependence of high-functioning autistic adolescents was poor communication skills. This finding was shown in both interviews with professionals and those of families with autistic adolescents. Furthermore, it was found that one of the ways to improve social skills was training. According to the results of this study, improving the communication skills of high-functioning autistic adolescents would lead to their independence in adolescence and adulthood. Moreover, using new educational and rehabilitation methods is one of the effective ways to improve their communication skill.
