در كشور ما به دليل شرايط خاص اقليمي و قرار گرفتن در منطقه اي زلزله خيز، احتمال وقوع بلاياي طبيعي و بروز سانحه بالاست؛ با اين حال، فقدان پژوهش در زمينه چگونگي ارائه خدمات بهتر به سانحه ديدگان، احساس مي شود. اين امر سبب شده است كه اقدامات در زمينه اسكان و تأمين نيازهاي آسيب ديدگان معمولا با دستپاچگي و بدون برنامه ريزي صحيح انجام گيرد كه اين موضوع به ارائه خدماتي با كيفيت نازل و غير مستمر مي انجامد. وقوع سوانح چه طبيعي و چه انسان ساز در كليه جوامع اجتناب ناپذير است و با توجه به نوع و وسعت سانحه و مكان رخداد آن مي تواند منجر به پيامدهاي مختلف از سطح خسارات غيرچشمگير تا بروز بحران هاي گوناگون و فاجعه شود. مردم پس از سانحه بي خانمان مي شوند و نه فقط بي ساختمان، اين به آن معنا است كه خانوار در اثر وقوع يك سانحه هستي و اندوخته ي مادي و معنوي ساليان خود را به يكباره نابود شده مي بيند. لذا جستجوي شيوه هاي سريع و مناسب اسكان در شرايط اضطرار و موقت به يكي از مهمترين مراحل بازسازي مبدل مي گردد. هرچند اسكان موقت، دوره هاي كوتاه از مدت زمان بازسازي تا استقرار دائم و اسكان اضطرار دورهاي به مراتب كوتاه تر از آن را شامل مي شود اما غفلت از كيفيت زندگي سانحه ديدگان در اين دو مرحله مي تواند عواقب نامطلوب و گاه جبران ناپذيري برآسيب ديدگان داشته باشد. مسكن موقت اجازه ميدهد تا خانواده ها به بهبود زندگي خود برسند. در شرايطي كه تعداد زيادي از خانه ها از بين رفته اند، بازسازي ميتواند سالها طول بكشد؛ بنابراين، مسكن موقت براي بازسازي جوامع و اقتصاد بسيار مهم است. يكي از مسائل مهم و مورد توجه پس از وقوع سوانح و از جمله بحران وسيع پس از زلزله در جوامع آسيب پذير انتخاب و تجهيز مكاني براي استقرار و اسكان بازماندگان پس از سانحه است.اسكان در يك فضاي امن و مطلوب يكي از نيازهاي اوليه انسان امروز مي باشد. لذا پس از هر سانحه با خسارات و صدماتي كه به زيستگاه هاي دائمي وارد مي آيد مردم سرپناه و مسكن خود را از دست مي دهند و از آنجا كه ساخت مسكن دائم براي بازماندگان نياز به صرف وقت و هزينه زيادي دارد كه در مدت زمان محدود و كوتاه مقدور نمي باشد، بحث اسكان موقت مطرح شده و جايگاه خاصي مي يابد. خانه هاي موقت پس از وقوع بلاياي طبيعي بطور گسترده مورد استفاده قرار مي گيرند، مدولار بودن و راحتي نصب و سريع الحداث بودن اين واحدهاي اسكان كمك شاياني به سرعت اجرا كه يكي از اركان اصلي اين نوع پروژه ها مي باشد مي كند. هدف اين پژوهش ايجاد واحدهايي مدولار و سبك و توليد فضاي امن اقامتي كه كمترين مساحت آن يك فضاي اقامتي براي يك خانواده با امكانات را در برگيرد اما قابل گسترش و وسيع شدن باشد.

Living in a safe and desirable environment is one of the basic human needs today. is. Therefore, after each accident, with the damages and damages that occur to the permanent habitats, people lose their shelter and housing, and since the construction of permanent housing for the survivors requires a lot of time and money, which is limited in time and Short is not possible, the issue of temporary housing is raised and finds a special place.
