باززنده سازي خانه هاي تاريخي تهران با توجه به فرهنگ و ادبيات معاصر ايران. نمونه موردي: خانه جلال آل احمد

بناهاي تاريخي، ميراثي گران بها از گذشتگان سرزمين ايران و بخشي از هويت و شناسنامه فرهنگي شهروندان آن است. ميراثي گرانقدر كه لازم است به بهترين شيوه حفظ و نگهداري شود و به نسل هاي آينده انتقال يابد. خانه ي جلال آل احمد نيز، از جمله اين ثروت هاست كه جزئي از هويت و شناسنامه فرهنگي ساكنان آن محسوب مي شود و در دنياي امروز از نظرها پنهان مانده است. اين خانه متعلق به يكي از برجسته ترين نويسندگان مي باشد و از زمان قاجار تا به امروز پا برجا مانده و اصالت خود را حفظ كرده است. اين سند تاريخي بايد به عنوان ثروت فرهنگي، با بهترين شيوه حفظ شود و به نسل هاي بعدي انتقال يابد. اكثر بناهاي تاريخي با گسترش شهر نشيني تبديل به فضاهاي متروكه شده اند. امروزه بمنظور بازگرداندن بناها به زندگي اجتماعي، بهره گيري از طرح باززنده سازي بسيار اهميت يافته است. از مهم ترين بخش هاي باززنده سازي اعطاي كاربري مناسب مبتني بر اصول باززنده سازي مي باشد. بدين منظور، به مطالعه و بررسي طرح هاي فرادست حوزه عملكردي، شناخت بنا و شناسايي عوامل و زمينه هاي تاثير گذار در شكل گيري روند اصولي باززنده سازي پرداخته ايم. با توجه به اينكه بخش اعظمي از تحقيق به توصيف شرايط گذشته و تحليل رويدادها و اتفاقاتي است كه در ارتباط با دگرگوني ها و تغييراتي است كه در اين خانه اتفاق افتاده، مي توان گفت روش كلي تحقيق توصيفي تحليلي است. در اين تحقيق اطلاعات لازم از طريق مطالعات كتابخانه اي بدست آمده است و همچنين براي بدست آوردن اطلاعات كافي در ارتباط وضع موجود و شرايط گذشته لازم است كه كار ميداني به صورت مشاهده انجام گيرد. طبق مطالعات صورت گرفته در جهت باززنده سازي اين بناي تاريخي اعطاي كاربري فرهنگي آموزشي پيشنهاد مي شود. تبديل خانه ي جلال آل احمد به مكاني آموزشي جهت آموزش نويسندگي به كودكان و نوجوانان مي تواند تا حدي حس كودكي نويسنده اي بزرگ را به هنرجويان انتقال دهد. همچنين ايجاد فضاي فرهنگي در اين بنا مي تواند فرصتي باشد در جهت زنده نگه داشتن ياد اين بزرگوار و آشنايي بيشتر افراد جامعه با زندگي و سبك نوشته هاي وي. كاربري جديد نه تنها درشأن اين بناي تاريخي مي باشد بلكه مي تواند فضايي ايجاد كند جهت ورود سرمايه به بافت تاريخي.

Reconstruction of historical houses in Tehran according to contemporary Iranian culture and literature. Case study: Jalal Al-Ahmad House

Historical monuments are a valuable heritage of the past of Iran and part of the identity and cultural identity of its citizens. A precious heritage that needs to be best preserved and passed on to future generations. The house of Jalal al-Ahmad is also one of these treasures that is part of the identity and cultural identity of its inhabitants and is hidden from view in today's world. This house belongs to one of the most prominent writers and has survived from the Qajar period to the present day. This historical document should be preserved as cultural heritage in the best way and passed on to the next generations. Most of the historical monuments have become abandoned spaces with the expansion of urbanization. Today, in order to restore the building to social life, it is very important to use the rehabilitation plan. One of the most important parts of regeneration is giving a suitable user based on the principles of regeneration. For this purpose, we have studied and reviewed the transcendental plans of the functional area, recognizing the building and identifying the factors and areas influencing the formation of the principled process of regeneration. Given that a large part of the research is to describe the past and analyze the events and happenings that are related to the changes and changes that have occurred in this house, we can say that the general method of research is descriptive-analytical. In this research, the necessary information has been obtained through library studies, and also in order to obtain sufficient information about the current situation and past conditions, it is necessary to conduct field work as an observation. According to studies, in order to revitalize this historical monument, it is proposed to grant cultural and educational use. Turning Jalal Al-Ahmad's house into an educational place for teaching writing to children and teenagers can to some extent convey the childhood sense of a great writer to students. Also, creating a cultural atmosphere in this building can be an opportunity to keep alive the memory of this noble man and make the people of the society more familiar with his life and writing style. The new use is not only in the dignity of this historical monument but also can create a space for capital to enter the historical context.
