امروزه با توسعه شهرها، بافتهاي تاريخي دستخوش تغييرات زيادي جهت متناسب سازي با نيازهاي امروزي شده است. مداخلاتي كه به جاي افزايش كيفيت عمداتاً به افول كيفيت بافت منجر مي شود. يكي از فضاهاي شهري كه مي تواند تقويت كننده سرزندگي و تعاملات اجتماعي باشد، گذرهاي تاريخي است. اين عنصر شهري از حياتيترين فضاهاي شهري است كه از گذشته بستر زندگي اجتماعي بوده و ارتقاء كيفيت اين فضاها از اهميت ويژه اي برخوردار است. گذرهاي تاريخي همواره پذيراي ساختارهاي متعدد جنسي و سني است و بهعنوان بستري براي شكلگيري و تقويت روابط اجتماعي در شهر محسوب ميشود. گذر هارونيه اصفهان يكي از اين گذرهاست كه از ديرباز بهعنوان محوري تاريخي و فرهنگي و به عنوان شريان اتصالي بازار بزرگ اصفهان و ميدان كهنه ايفاي نقش كرده است. پس از احداث ميدان امام علي و از بين رفتن دسترسيها در گذر، شاهد ازدحام بيرويه وسايل نقليه و در نتيجه از رونق افتادن كسب و كار و فقدان سرزندگي و نشاط در ساكنين هستيم. مسئله اصلي پژوهش پيش رو عوامل مؤثر بر ارتقاء سرزندگي در طرح احياي گذر هارونيه و نيزتأمين چه عواملي از سرزندگي در گذر هارونيه اولويتدارند كه بتواند محور فرهنگي تاريخي سرزنده و پويا ايجاد گردد. هدف پژوهش، بررسي و شناخت سرزندگي و پويايي در گذر هارونيه بهمنظور احياي محور فرهنگي تاريخي و جلوگيري از ركود و متروكه شدن گذر است. اهميت پژوهش در آنجاست كه با ارتقاي سرزندگي، از جمعيت گريزي بافت تاريخي جلوگيري به عمل آيد. پژوهش حاضر با روش توصيفي پيمايشي- تاريخي انجامشده است. براي سنجش سرزندگي در گذر هارونيه از طريق پرسشنامه و مشاهده استفاده شده است، شيوه جمعآوري اطلاعات، كتابخانهاي و اسناد تاريخي به تحليل وضع موجود گذر هارونيه بهعنوان محور فرهنگي تاريخي پرداخته پس از تحليل نتايج پرسشنامه و تحليل هاي طراحانه ي عناصر كالبدي فضا، ميزان تاثير گذاري مولفه هاي موثر بر سر زندگي در گذر هارونيه مشخص گرديده و نقاط قوت و ضعف، فرصت و تهديد در برابر سرزندگي تدوين شده است. با توجه به وضعيت كنوني اين گذر، كيفيت كالبدي و نور پردازي در شب، مبلمان و فضاهاي نشستن، كيفيت كفسازي مسير پياده، ، دسترسي به پاركينگ و عملكرد پايين كاربري ها و خدمات تفريحي، فراغتي، از جمله ي عواملي هستند كه منجر به كاهش كيفيت سرزندگي در گذر شده است . اهميت پژوهش در آن است كه با رعايت اصول موثر بر سرزندگي اعم از كالبدي، اجتماعي – فرھنگي، اقتصادي، زيست محيطي، عملكردي ميتوان با ساماندهي و ارتقاء سرزندگي از جمعيتگريزي بافت تاريخي جلوگيري به عمل آورد.

Organizing plan presenting Isfahan Haruniyeh pass restoration strategies with a vitality approach

By the development of cities, historical contexts have changed a lot to adapt to today's needs. Interventions have reduced urban context quality instead of increasing. One of the urban spaces that can enhance vitality and social interactions is "historical passages" which is one of the most vital urban spaces that has been the bedrock of social life in the past and the quality of these spaces is very important. Historical passages have always been host to various sexual and age structures and are considered as a platform for the formation and strengthening of social relations in the city. Isfahan Haruniyeh Pass is one of these passages that has long served as a historical and cultural axis and as a connecting artery of Isfahan Grand Bazaar and the Old Square. After the construction of Imam Ali Square and the loss of access in the passage, we are witnessing an uncontrolled overcrowding of vehicles, and as a result, business is booming and residents are lacking vitality. The main focus of this research is the factors affecting the promotion of vitality in the plan to revive the Haruniyeh crossing and also to ensure what factors of vitality are prioritized in the Haruniyeh crossing so that a dynamic historical cultural axis can be created. The purpose of this study is to study the vitality and dynamism in the Haruniyeh crossing in order to revive the cultural-historical axis and prevent stagnation and abandonment of the crossing. The importance of research is that by promoting vitality, population evasion of historical context can be prevented. The present research has been done by descriptive survey-historical method. To measure vitality in Haruniyeh pass, questionnaire and observation have been used. Data collecting was done by studying historical documents and analyzing the current situation of Haruniyeh pass as a historical cultural axis. After analyzing the results of the questionnaire and design analysis of physical elements of space, impact the placement of effective components on life in the passage of Haruniyeh has been identified and the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats to vitality have been formulated. Due to the current situation of this passage, physical quality and lighting at night, furniture and seating areas, quality of sidewalk flooring, access to parking and low performance of uses and recreational services, are among the factors that lead to a decrease the quality of vitality. The importance of research is that by observing the principles affecting vitality, including physical, socio-cultural, economic, environmental, and functional, by organizing and promoting vitality, the demystification of the historical context can be prevented.
