آموزش زبان انگليسي به غير انگليسي زبانان ( )TEFLسيستم بسيار پيچيده اي است كه بر پايه هاي متفاوتي بنا شده است. عضو جدايي ناپذير اين سيستم، كساني هستند كه وظيفه ي تدريس را دارند. بنابراين، يكي از ضروريات بررسي ابعاد متفاوت مربوط به مدرسين است. ديدگاه مدرسين نسبت به موسسه اي كه كار ميكنند ميتواند به واسطه ي موارد متفاوتي شكل گيرد. علاوه بر ديدگاه مدرسين، رضايت شغلي مدرسين و ميزان تاثير گذاري مدرسين موارد مهمي هستند كه بايد بررسي شوند. در اين تحقيق، تاثير ديدگاه مدرسين بر تاثيرگذاري تدريس و رضايت شغلي مدرسين بررسي مي شود و معيار هاي متفاوت ديدگاه شكل گرفته براي مدرسين مورد تحليل و بررسي قرار ميگيرند. جمع آوري داده توسط مصاحبه با مدرسين براي تعيين ميزان تاثيرگذاري، يك پرسشنامه كه پروسه ي راستي آزمايي را گذرانده و پرسشنامه اي از قبل راستي آزمايي شده براي تعيين ميزان رضايت شغلي مدرسين انجام گرفت. ديدگاه شكل گرفته در ذهن مدرسين، ميتواند تاثير بسزايي در كارشان داشته باشد كه ميتواند تاثير مستقيم روي ميزان تاثير گذاري مدرسين داشته باشد. يافته هاي اين بررسي و تحقيق، نتايج مهمي براي سياست گذاران امر آموزش و مديران آموزشي داشته باشد و راه بهتر كردن و افزايش رضايت شغلي، تاثيرگذاري و ديدگاه مدرسين نسبت به محل كارشان را روشن تر كند

IELTS Teachers' Perceived Image of Educational Institutes and Its Effect on Job Satisfaction and Teacher Effectiveness

Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) is a very delicate system standing on many pillars. However, the undeniably important parts of this system are the people who are actually in charge of teaching. Therefore, it is a necessity to investigate every relevant aspect. Teachers' perceived “image" of the institute could possibly be primed with positive notions or vice versa. In addition, teachers' job satisfaction is another issue that could be closely linked to teachers perceived "image" and subsequently their effectiveness in their job. This study aims to present a comprehensible and academic explanation about teachers' perception of the educational institutes or in another word the perceived "image" of the workplace and figures out the hypothesized relationship between their perceived image of their workplace and teachers' job satisfaction which may directly or indirectly impact "teacher effectiveness". Data collection was conducted through face to face interviews to determine "teachers' effectiveness" and a developed questionnaire for teachers to determine their perceived "image". In addition, a standardized questionnaire was administered to investigate the "job satisfaction" criteria. Teachers (male and female) are selected from 5 different foreign language teaching institutes. The "image" that is shaped in teachers ' minds can make a huge difference in their attitude toward their job which might lead to an alteration in their job satisfaction and inevitably their effectiveness. The findings can have significant implications in terms of policy making, Educational leadership and Educational Psychology given that the findings can illuminate the way to enhancement in "Teachers' Perceived Image", "Teacher Effectiveness" and "Teachers' Job Satisfaction".
