This research is based on two objectives: 1- Investigation of the effect of land height (from sea level) of active compounds in the petals of Rosa Damask mill. 2- Investigation of the properties of black liquid nanoparticles (an-bar). In this regard, by preparing dried petals (drying method by natural shade) from Iran three important centers of Rosa Damask mill. : 1- Isfahan province - Kashan city - Joshaqan and Camu city, 2400 meters. 2- Fars province - Meymand city, 1545 meters. 3-Kerman province - Shahr-e Lalehzar 2775 meters, to investigate the effects of altitude of flower gardens under the cultivation of Rosa Damask mill., on effective active compounds including Citronellol, Geraniol, Phenyl Ethyl Alcohol, and using Distillation and extraction apparatus was prepared by distillation with distilled water, first essential oil, containing active compounds, black liquid and cream-colored solid pulp from dried petal samples. The first and second essential oils active compounds of the samples were identified by GC-MASS. It was concluded that increasing the height of Rosa Damask mill.The cultivation will increase the quantity and quality of active compounds. Solid pulp (cream) and liquid (black) were separated. Colloidal solutions containing black liquid and aqueous solvent (distilled water) as well as black effluent and organic solvent (ethanol) were prepared. Colloidal particles of both aqueous and organic solutions did not precipitate despite the passage of 20 days. Soluble colloidal particles containing black liquid in solvent were completely stable, but some of the soluble colloidal particles containing black liquid and organic solvent were visible as a gel on the surface of the solution. Particles of both solutions were separated by centrifugation, then dried using GC-MASS, FE-SEM, FT-IR, EDX-MAP, TGA-DTA , Difussion TEST nanoparticle size, elements and group analyzes. Existing factors, heat behavior, identification of materials and active ingredients to study the properties of nanoparticles became possible. Identification of Prendrol C7H16O2 (simple alkyl diol) and Guaiacol (C7H8O2) can have relaxing, anticonvulsant and anesthetic effects on an-bar muscles. Identification of Luric acid (C12H24O2) (carboxylic acid) and Oxalic acid (C2H2O4) can be used as antioxidants for skin complications. Identification of Decanoic acid (C10H20O2) and Formic acid (CH2O2) can be an antibacterial agent
