اين پژوهش در شهر تاريخي- حماسي سبزوار صورت گرفته است. خيابان بيهق شهر سبزوار ، به عنوان اولين خيابان و دروازه شهر سبزوار نهتنها در دل خود آثار ارزشمند و ثبت شده دارد بلكه قلب حماسي ايران زمين است. اين خيابان ارزشمند و باقدمت، با دارا بودن چهار مسجد و يك امامزاده، و بيش از 20 اثر ثبت ملي در اطراف خود به عنوان مهمترين خيابان سبزوار محسوب ميشود. با اين وجود اين خيابان در بخش مركزي و در محدوده بافت فرسوده سبزوار واقع شده و به دليل نماسازيهاي مدرن و بدون توجه به زمينه، ظاهري آشفته پيدا كرده است. با وجود اينكه تردد ساكنان در بافت مورد نظر از ديرباز اغلب به صورت پياده انجام ميشود اما اين خيابان به محلي براي خودروهاي عبوري تبديل شده است و توسعه معابر شهري در اين محدوده براساس سياستهاي بازسازي و نوسازي، حمايت از خودروهاي شخصي شكل گرفته و تنها در موارد خاص مانند عرض كم معابر، اقدام به يكطرفه نمودن محورها شده است. شخصيت ترافيكي خيابان موجود، به صورت جمعوپخشكننده ميباشد و كاربري زمين در مجاورت خيابان بيهق ، اغلب به صورت تجاري، و بدون زيرساخت، امكانات رفاهي و فضاي سبز مناسب است. در اين پژوهش سعي برآن شده است تا با تامل در مفهوم فضاي عمومي شهري)خيابان( با اولويت پيادهمداري، و توجه به معيارهاي لازم براي ايجاد و ارتقاي كيفيتهاي محيطي، اين خيابان را كه محل عبور اتومبيل شده است، به مكاني جهت مكث، تعامل، سرزندگي مبدل سازد. روش مطالعاتي اين پژوهش آميخته ميباشد. بدين صورتكه در فصل دوم از طريق مطالعات كتابخانهاي، و با تامل در نظر انديشمندان، رويكردهاي مبتني بر فضاي عمومي شهري)خيابان( پياده مدار، در قالب هفت رويكرد منظر، زيست بوم، فضا، ريخت، انسانگرا، كاركرد و ادراك دستهبندي شدهاند و از ميان تمام معيارهاي استخراج شده از نظريهها و تجارب موفق خارجي و داخلي، شش معيار )اختلاط كاربري، رنگ تعلق، ايمني و امنيت، مقياس انساني، انعطافپذيري،خوانايي( و سه فرامعيار)آسايش اقليمي، سرزندگي، نفوذپذيري( تاثيرگذار در جهت ارتقاي كيفيتهاي فضاهاي عمومي شهري پيادهمدار استخراج گرديده است. سپس با گرداوري اطلاعات )از طريق مشاهده، عكسبرداري، فيلمبرداري، و پرسشنامه(، و تحليل آنها )با تكنيكهايي همچون نرمافزار spss ، excel و جدول سوات( در قالب نه معيار موثر در ارتقاي كيفيت فضاهاي عمومي شهري)خيابان( پيادهمدار، به سنجش وضعيت خيابان بيهق ، تدوين چارچوب طراحي شهري، و ارائه طرح جامع سهبعدي در سيزده ديد پياپي، پرداخته شده است. اين پژوهش حاصل فرايند مشاركتي شهروندان ميباشد كه برطبق نظر آنان اين خيابان به دليل وجود فضاي روحاني و تجاري، مكاني دوستداشتني و جذاب ميباشد و اكثر شهروندان نظر مثبتي در افزايش امكانات رفاهي، ايمني و امنيت و اولويت قراردادن عابر پياده نسبت به خودروهاي عبوري، داشتهاند. نتايج حاصل از نرمافزار spss و excel نشان ميدهد شش معيار سرزندگي، آسايش اقليمي، ايمنيو امنيت، اختلاط كاربري، امكانات پيادهروي و پيادهروي، دسترسي به خدمات، از معيارهاي تاثير گذار در پيادهمداري و ارتقاي كيفيت محيطي خيابان بيهق ميباشند.

Thus, in the second chapter through library studies, and with consideration Thinkers, approaches based on the urban public space (street) and pedestrian circulation, in the form of seven approaches of landscape, ecology, space, form, Humanist, function and perception are categorized and among all the criteria extracted from successful foreign theories and experiences Interior, six criteria (mixing of uses, belonging color, safety and security, human scale, flexibility, readability) and three meta criteria (comfort) climate, vitality, permeability) have been extracted to improve the qualities of pedestrianized urban public spaces. Then by collecting information (through observation, photography, filming, and questionnaires), and analyzing them (with techniques such as spss, excel and swat table software (in the form of nine effective criteria in improving the quality of public urban spaces (streets) for pedestrians) Assessing the condition of Beyhaq Street, compiling the urban design framework, and presenting a three-dimensional comprehensive plan in thirteen consecutive views have been discussed. Is. This research is the result of the participatory process of citizens who, according to their opinion, this street because of the presence of spiritual and commercial atmosphere. It is a lovely and attractive place and most of the citizens have a positive opinion on the increase of amenities, safety and security and prioritize it Pedestrians have more than passing cars. The results of spss and excel software show six vitality criteria. Climatic comfort, safety and security, mixing of uses, walking and walking facilities, access to services, are among the effective criteria in Pedestrianization and improving the environmental quality of Beyhaq Street.
