چكيده
ﭘﺪﯾﺪه ي ﻋﺒﻮر ﭘﻠﯿﻤﺮ از ﺣﻔﺮه ﯾﮑﯽ از ﭘﺪﯾﺪه ﻫﺎي ﺣﯿﺎﺗﯽ در ﺷﯿﻤﯽ و زﯾﺴﺖﻓﻨﺎوري اﺳﺖ.درك ﻓﯿﺰﯾﮏ اﯾﻦ ﭘﺪﯾﺪه،راه را ﺑﺮاي ﺑﺴﯿﺎري از ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪﻫﺎ از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ: ژن درﻣﺎﻧﯽ،دارورﺳﺎﻧﯽﮐﻨﺘﺮلﺷﺪه و اﻧﺘﻘﺎل DNA و RNA... ﻫﻤﻮارﺗﺮﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﺪ.
ﯾﮑﯽ از ﺗﺌﻮري ﻫﺎي اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه در ﺳﺎل ﻫﺎي اﺧﯿﺮ،درزﻣﯿﻨﻪ ي ﻋﺒﻮر ﭘﻠﯿﻤﺮ، ﺗﺌﻮري اﻧﺘﺸﺎر ﮐﺸﺶ اﺳﺖ، ﮐﻪ در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺌﻮري ﺳﻪ رژﯾﻢ، ﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻨﮑﻪ ﻧﯿﺮوي ﻣﺤﺮﮐﻪ اﻋﻤﺎﻟﯽ ﺑﻪﭘﻠﯿﻤﺮ ﭼﻘﺪر ﺑﺎﺷﺪﻣﻌﺮﻓﯽﻣﯽ ﮔﺮدد. اﮔﺮ ﻧﯿﺮوي ﻣﺤﺮﮐﻪ ﻗﻮي باﺷﺪ،در رژﯾﻢ ﮐﺸﺶﻗﻮي و اﮔﺮ ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ،در رژﯾﻢ ﺳﺎﻗﻪ-ﮔﻞ و اﮔﺮ ﺿﻌﯿﻒ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ،در رژﯾﻢ ﺗﺮﻣﭙﯿﺖ ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ ﻗﺮار ﻣﯽ ﮔﯿﺮﯾﻢ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﺎﯾﺎن ﻧﺎﻣﻪ رژﯾﻢ ﻫﺎيﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ:ﮐﺸﺶﻗﻮي،ﺷﺎﺧﻪ-ﮔﻞ و ﺗﺮﻣﭙﯿﺖ ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ ﺗﻮﺿﯿﺢ داده ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد،و ﯾﮏ ﻣﺜﺎل ﺑﺮاي رژﯾﻢ ﮐﺸﺶ ﻗﻮي اراﺋﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد. ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﻋﺒﻮر از ﺣﻔﺮه،ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻣﻮﻧﻮﻣﺮﻫﺎي ﻋﺒﻮري از ﺣﻔﺮه ﺑﺮ ﺣﺴﺐ زﻣﺎن ﻧﯿﺰ ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ وﻓﺮﻣﻮﻟﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﻧﻤﺎي ﻋﺒﻮر اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه،ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻓﺮﻣﻮل از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻧﻤﻮدار ﻧﯿﺰ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ و درﺳﺘﯽ ﻓﺮﻣﻮل را ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﺪ.

The phenomenon of polymer translocation through the nano pore is one of the vital phenomena in chemistry and biotechnology. Understanding the physics of this phenomenon paves the way for many processes, including gene therapy ,controlled medication, DNA and RNA transfer,etc. One of the theories presented in recent years, in the field of polymer translocation is the theory of tension propagating. In the theory, three regimes are introduced depending on the driving force applied to the polymer. If the driving force is strong, we are in the strong stretching regime,if it is moderate,in the stem-flower regime, and if it is weak, we are in the trumpet-like regime.In this treatise, a specific example in the strong stretching regime is investigated,and its purpose is too obtain the time it takes for the polymer to reach equilibrium.In addition to the speed of the polymer passing through the pore, the number of monomers passing through the cavity has also been calculate in terms of time.And a formula for transmission power has been presented and the formula has been checked through a diagram,which confirms the correctness of the formula.
