كشور پهناور ايران با وجود فرهنگ‌ها و معماري‌هاي بوميِ متفاوت در نقاط مختلف، امروزه شاهد ساخت و سازهاي يكسان و ناديده گرفتن نياز كاربران در بسياري از شهرهاي خود است. اين بي‌توجهي منجر به تغيير تدريجي رفتار ساكنين و كاهش رضايتمندي آنها از محيط زندگي‌شان مي‌شود. هدف پژوهش پيش‌رو، توجه به تأثير فرهنگ ساكنين و شيوه زندگي آنها بر الگوي مسكن نايين مي‌باشد. با تغيير نيازها و شيوه زندگي، الگوي سكونت نيز در خانه‌ها دچار تحول گشته و سازماندهي فضايي متفاوتي را به وجود آورده است. در اين پژوهش به بررسي الگوي مسكن شهر نايين با توجه به شيوه ي زندگي در گذر زمان پرداخته شده است. براي دستيابي به اهداف تحقيق، با روش تحقيق تركيبي كمي و كيفي از طريق برداشت خانه‌هاي صفوي تا امروز نايين و نيز با مطالعات مردم‌شناسانه از طريق مصاحبه به منظور درك شيوه‌ي زندگي هر دوره، به شناخت نسبتا كافي از سير تغيير الگوي خانه و شيوه زندگي متناسب با آن رسيده و در نهايت به تأثير متقابل آنها بر هم پرداخته مي‌شود. در نهايت نيز تلاش شده است با توجه به شيوه زندگي امروزينِ ساكنين كه در قالب پرسشنامه تحليل شده است، به طراحي مجموعه مسكوني براي آنها با در نظر گرفتن الگوهاي بومي پرداخته شود.

The vast country of Iran, despite the presence of different native cultures and architectures in different places, today witnesses the same constructions and ignoring the needs of users in many of its cities. This neglect leads to a gradual change in the behavior of residents and a decrease in their satisfaction with their living environment. The aim of the upcoming research is to pay attention to the influence of the residents' culture and their way of life on the housing pattern of Nayin. With the change of needs and way of life, the pattern of living in the houses has also changed and created a different spatial organization. In this research, the housing pattern of Nayin city has been investigated according to the way of life over time. To achieve the goals of the research, with a combined quantitative and qualitative research method through the collection of Safavid houses until today, as well as with anthropological studies through interviews in order to understand the way of life of each period, to a relatively sufficient understanding of the change of the house pattern and the corresponding way of life. It is reached and finally their mutual influence is discussed. Finally, an attempt has been made to design a residential complex for them, taking into account the local patterns, according to the current lifestyle of the residents, which has been analyzed in the form of a questionnaire.
