امروزه امنيت به عنوان اساسي ترين اصل در هر زمينه اي است. بنابراين يكي از موضوعات مهمي كه طراحان را به چالش كشيده است موضوع امنيت كاري است. در صعنت چوب اره فارسي‌بر يكي از پر كاربردترين دستگاه هاي قابل استفاده در اين صنعت است. طبق آمارهاي منتشر شده از ميزان آسيب ديدگي انسان در هنگام كار با اين دستگاه، 18 درصد آسيب خفيف (پارگي پوست)، 39 درصد آسيب متوسط (آسيب عصبي و تاندون) و 43 درصد آسيب شديد (قطع عضو جزئي يا كامل) گزارش شده است. . دست انسان به عنوان اصلي ترين عضو در زندگي و هنگام انجام كارهاي روزمره ايفاي نقش مي كند بنابراين هر تجهيزاتي كه بتواند از آسيب به اين عضو مهم جلوگيري كند لازم خواهد بود. طراحي محصولي جهت افزايش ايمني كار با اره فارسي‌بر با توجه به مولفه‌هاي ميزان قدرت جسمي و ويژگي ‌هاي آنتروپومتري انسان، شرايط محيطي و كشف ويژگي‌هاي مشترك دستگاه ‌هاي اره فارسي‌بر انجام شد. در محصول نهايي با استفاده تجربيات محقق و ايفاي نقش كاربران و استادكاران اين حوزه با استفاده از روش آناليز روش حالت نقص و تجزيه و تحليل اثرات آن موجب ايمني بيشتر و كاهش استرس ناشي از كار و در نهايت افزايش قابليت كار با اره فارسي‌بر منجر شد.

Design of safety equipment for working with mitre saw

Today, security is the most basic principle in any field. Therefore, one of the important issues that have challenged designers is the issue of work security. In wood industry, Persian saw is one of the most used devices in this industry. According to the published statistics of human injuries, while working with this device, 18% of mild injuries (skin tears), 39% of moderate injuries (nerve and tendon damage) and 43% of severe injuries (partial or complete amputation) have been reported. The human hand plays the role as one of the most important organs in life while performing daily tasks, so any equipment that can prevent damage to this important organ will be necessary. The design of a product to increase the safety while working with a Persian saw was carried out according to the components of physical strength and human anthropometric characteristics, environmental conditions and discovering the common features of Persian saw devices. In the final product, by using the experiences of the researcher, users and masters in this field, and using the Failure mode and effects analysis, it led to greater safety and reduced the stress caused by working with Persian saw, and finally increased the efficiency and application of it.
