Abstract:
In recent years, according to the need of people to achieve their desired goals in order to create a better life, new technologies have been greatly increasing, which has made the emergence of complex industrial systems, processes and equipment inevitable. The design and construction of systems has raised an urgent need for modeling in the form of system model-based
engineering (MBSE) to advance projects. This topic can be operationalized with the support of the system modeling language (SYSML), which is the subject of this thesis, with an objectoriented approach and using relevant diagrams. So that during the period of execution and construction of an equipment or an industrial unit, it is possible to implement optimal management of construction and execution in case of changes due to several factors. Of course, it is important that the system modeling language is the developed and modified form of the Unified Modeling Language (UML). In the following, the necessary explanations about the functions and comparison between them are provided. In this thesis, while introducing the system modeling language, an effort has been made is to show its application in an industrial unit of sponge iron production with direct regeneration method and pered technology (PERED). For this purpose, closed
diagrams, requirements, definition of block, internal block, activity and parametric for the unloading and harvesting section of the
transportation system, which is one of the four main parts of the factory, has been designed and drawn. In these diagrams, the connections between the aforementioned section and its previous and subsequent sections, as well as the limiting parameters related to the raw materials, which are pellets or iron ore oxide, and the flow Raw materials and products are shown among the equipment of the department, whose descriptive analysis can support different engineering groups in the design of engineering drawings (base).
