Abstract: Iran, due to take place in two important international transit corridor, the east -west corridor and north - south, can play an important role in the transit of goods in the region. But due to lack of proper infrastructure has not used this opportunity well. East axis to validate of all their potential and capacity and supported by its privileged position as a result of international demand, has a golden opportunity to develop in the field of business activity, employment, income, wealth and capitals accumulation , it will be a process to product sustainable development . In this study, based on the above and on the state of !fans prominent land as an asset, especially location-based communication and East axis to connect Chabahar to Central Asia, Afghanistan, the Caucasus and Russia in international waters, developing Eastern corridor would be examined. in The project feasibility of government investment in railway construction and development of Chabahar - Zahedan - Mashhad - Sarakhs railway route length of 1540 , economic evaluated with using COMFAR software,Project costs over 24 years of construction and operation of the initial investment, the cost of fleet and costs during operation And income includes income from cargo, lower operating costs due to the shortcut properties and projects of national interest such as reducing energy consumption, increase safety, reduce fleet depreciation, reduction of environmental pollution for the amount of traffic transferred from road to rail .Net Present Value (NPV )and Internal Rate of Return (IRR )as the main economic indicators in assessing the financial and economic problem. Based on the amount of traffic anticipated costs and revenues during the construction and operation of investment projects on construction of the center is financially and economically justified . In the end, the government proposed to the seriousness of the goals envisaged for the activation of transit-oriented development and transportation East of the country to follow.
