As the face of cities and living environments changes over time, children's presence in urban environments also changes and as a result, children in today's urban environments do not feel relaxed and safe. Also, cities are unable to meet their needs. Considering that children are the social capitals of cities and their presence in different areas of the city is essential. In line with the importance of the role of children in urban society and their part in society, the child-friendly city approach was introduced because the child-friendly city is a suitable city for all ages. Accordingly, some indicators have been expressed to improve urban quality according to children's needs in the city. Children's participation in various urban affairs, their safety and addressing children's social and cultural issues can be noted. This study was conducted using qualitative-quantitative method and data collection based on observation and study of documents, questionnaires, paintings and interviews. Then, based on the obtained indicators and according to the children's opinions, the Anjirab neighborhood questionnaire of Gorgan was eva‎luated. Identifying and analyzing the problems of The Anjirab neighborhood after being investigated was introduced as swot integrated analysis and based on it the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities of the neighborhood were expressed. Then, the proposed strategies were presented as a strategic plan for solving the problems and problems of the neighborhood. The result of this project is for The Angirab Neighborhood, a neighborhood with security and tranquility, increased sense of responsibility and a child-oriented neighborhood and responsive to all children's needs by increasing the social role and cooperation of children as the future builders of the neighborhood.
