هدف اين پژوهش بررسي موانع بينالمللي شدن شركتهاي كوچك و متوسط در صنعت اتوماسيون صنعتي ميباشد. اين تحقيق از لحاظ اجرايي توصيفي و از شاخه ميداني ميباشد. روش انجام تحقيق، روش آميخته تركيبي كيفي و كمي ميباشد. در بخش كيفي با بهرهگيري از مباني نظري از روش دلفي به منظور شناسايي موانع بين المللي شدن استفاده شده است و در بخش كمي از روش تحليل عامل تاييدي به بررسي موانع شناسايي شده پرداخته شده است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش در بخش كيفي، نخبگان حوزه اتوماسيون صنعتي و در بخش كمي مديران ارشد شركت هاي فعال در حوزه اتوماسيون صنعتي ميباشند. يافتههاي اين پژوهش نشان ميدهد كه عامل "مديريت عالي بنگاه" بيشترين اهميت را دارا بوده و در اولويت اول قرار دارد و بعد از آن "تحريم و اثرات ناشي از آن" در اولويت دوم، "مشكلات مربوط به تبادلات مالي و بانكي"در اولويت سوم، "توانايي نوآوري" در اولويت چهارم و شاخص"ريسك‌هاي سرمايه گذاري" در اولويت پنجم قرار دارند. در اولويتهاي پايين نيز مانع "فاصله‌هاي جغرافيايي" با ميانگين رتبه 8.14 كمترين اهميت را دارا بوده و در اولويت آخر قرار دارد.

Obstacles of internationalization of small and medium company which active in industrial automation field

The purpose of this study is to investigate the barriers to internationalization of small and medium enterprises in the industrial automation industry. This research is descriptive in terms of implementation and from the field. The research method is a mixed method of qualitative and quantitative. In the qualitative part, using the theoretical foundations, the Delphi method has been used to identify barriers to internationalization, and in the quantitative part, the method of confirmatory factor analysis has examined the identified barriers. The statistical population of this research in the qualitative part is the elites in the field of industrial automation and in the quantitative part are the senior managers of companies active in the field of industrial automation. The findings of this study show that the factor of "top management of the firm" is the most important and is in the first priority, followed by "sanctions and its effects" in the second priority, "problems related to financial and banking transactions" in The third priority is "innovation ability" in the fourth priority and the "investment risk" index is in the fifth priority. In low priorities, the "geographical distances" barrier with an average rank of 8.14 is the least important and is in the last priority.
