امروزه با هوشمند و مدرن شدن كسب و كارها، دسترسي به داده ها توسط سيستم هاي پشتيبان تصميم گيرنده در سازمان ها افزايش پيدا كرده است. از اين رو هدف اين تحقيق بررسي عوامل موثر بر ايجاد ارزش كسب و كاري از فناوري انبار داده در سيستم بانكي(مورد مطالعه بانك كشاورزي) مي باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر جمع آوري داده ها توصيفي- پيمايشي مي باشد. همچنين يافته¬هاي تحقيق حاضر، حاصل مطالعات كتابخانه اي و پرسشنامه اي است كه با توجه به ديدگاه¬هاي 72 نفر از مديران و معاونين شعب ممتاز بانك كشاورزي صورت گرفته است. در تحقيق حاضر جهت سنجش فناوري انبار داده و ارزش كسب و كار از پرسشنامه ترابي زاده و همكاران، 2020 و هوانگ و همكاران، 2004 استفاده گرديد. روايي پرسشنامه از طريق روايي محتوايي و پايايي پرسشنامه نيز از طريق آلفاي كرونباخ تاييد گرديد. تجزيه و تحليل داده¬ها با استفاده از تحليل عاملي تأييدي و مدلسازي معادلات ساختاري انجام گرفت و از تحليل مسير براي بررسي فرضيات استفاده شد. فرآيند تجزيه و تحليل داده ها و آزمون هاي آماري از طريق دو نرم افزار spss و pls انجام گرديد. نتايج بدست آمده از اين تحقيق نشان مي¬دهد كه فناوري انبار داده با ابعاد(سازماني، برنامه ريزي پروژه، محيطي) بر ايجاد ارزش كسب و كاري از فناوري انبار داده در سيستم بانكي تاثير مثبت و معناداري دارد.

Investigating the factors affecting the creation of business value of data warehouse technology in the banking system (Case study Keshavarzi Bank)

Today, with the smart and modernization of businesses, access to data by decision support systems in organizations has increased. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigating the factors affecting the creation of business value of data warehouse technology in the banking system (case study keshavarzi bank). The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. Also, the findings of the present study are the result of library studies and a questionnaire that has been done according to the views of 72 managers and deputies of the top branches of Keshavarzi Bank. In the present study, Torabizadeh et al., 2020 and hwang et al., 2004 questionnaires were used to measure data warehouse technology and business value. In the present study, the Palacios-Marqués et al. (2019) questionnaire was used to measure social entrepreneurship, marketing capability and organizational performance. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by content validity and the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis was performed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling and path analysis was used to test the hypotheses. Data analysis process and statistical tests were performed using two software, SPSS and PLS. The results of this study show that social entrepreneurship has a positive effect on organizational performance both directly and indirectly through marketing capabilities. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed through content validity and the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed through Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis was performed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling and path analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The process of data analysis and statistical tests were performed using two software, SPSS and PLS. The results of this study show that data warehousing technology with dimensions (organizational, project planning, environmental) has a positive and significant effect on creating business value of data warehousing technology in the banking system.
