Population growth, social competitiveness, and the need for additional effort in today's society in order to improve and make money has established a new way of living that has an impact on the standard of living. However, as technology continues to develop, new job definitions have emerged. All of these scenarios result in the loss of the harmony between work and life, which is followed by an increase in dissatisfaction and stress brought on by excessive effort. The current study's goal is to develop strategies for administrative professionals to reduce the stress that comes with job dependency. This research will help to develop a healthy and productive society by improving both physical and mental health, an active social life, and healthy relationship. A user-centered design approach was used for this project's study, and the appropriate tools, including direct observation, interviews, questionnaires, wordclouds, brain storming, and other techniques, were applied at each stage. The SPSSWin23 program was used to evaluate the survey using the factor analysis method, and then users and subject-matter experts reviewed the concepts to choose the final layout. The research's findings indicate that work addiction, particularly occupational stress, is linked to a variety of psychological and personality concepts, and one method for dealing with it is to develop strategies to reduce the effects of control, obsession, and lack of concentration in the individual. Studying the causes and effects of stress, the signs and symptoms of work addiction, work stress, and productivity, as well as asking users and experts for their thoughts, have all influenced the researcher's decision regarding the most adequate and functional design.
