طراحي مجتمع مسكوني بر اساس الگوهاي رفتاري ساكنين در جهت ارتقا امنيت

ا رشد شهرنشيني در كالن شهرها و افزايش مهاجرت به آن ها و همچنين از بين رفتن محالت قديمي به واسطهي توسعه ها شهري، الگو توليد مسكن تغيير يافته و سبب افزايش آپارتماننشيني و شكلگيري مجتمعهاي مسكوني شده است. عدم توجه به فرهنگ و نيازهاي ساكنين در طراحي اين مجتمعها سبب بروز ناهنجاريهاي اجتماعي ميگردد. تحليل رفتار انسان در محيطهاي ساختهشده به طراحان كمك ميكند تا اثرات طراحي بر رفتار انسان را درك نمايند و در جهت رفع نيازهاي آن ها طراحي كنند. اين پژوهش بر آن است نقش الگو رفتاري در ايجاد امنيت و جلوگيري از بزهكاري را بررسي كند. به همين منظور از روش چيدمان فضا براي تحليل الگو رفتاري در محدوده مورد مطالعه )فاز يك شهرك اكباتان( استفاده گرديد. همچنين براي سنجش ميزان امنيت كالبدي در اين محدوده ابتدا پرسشنامهاي بر اساس شاخص هاي رويكرد CPTED طراحي و سپس با حجم نمونه 96 نفر و به صورت طبقهبنديشده تكميل گرديد. به منظور دستيابي به نقشههاي مكاني امنيت ، محل تكميل هر پرسشنامه توسط GPS ثبت گرديد. سپس داده هاي پرسشنامه توسط نرم افزار SPSSتحليل گرديده و نتايج بدست آمده از طريق روش درون يابي IDW و به كمك نرم افزار GIS تبديل به نقشه هاي مكاني امنيت گرديدهاند. در نهايت با استفاده از روش تحليل محتوا و تطابق نقشههاي امنيت و چيدمان فضا به بررسي رابطه ميان آن ها پرداختهشد. نتايج بدست آمده نشان مي دهد كه شاخص قلمرو بيشترين رابطه را با شاخص همپيوندي و عمق داشته است. همچنين شاخص نظارت با شاخص عمق رابطه عكس و با شاخص همپيوندي رابطه مستقيم دارد. در ادامه با استفاده از نتايج بدست آمده، ان گارههاي طراحي بر اساس الگو رفتاري در جهت ارتقا امنيت ارا ئه گرديد و در نهايت با استفاده از آن ها به طراحي مجتمع مسكوني امن بر اساس الگو رفتاري در منطقه 22 پرداخته شد. واژگان كليدي: الگو رفتاري، امنيت، چيدمان فضا، پيشگيري از جرم از طريق طراحي محيطي

Design of a residential complex based on the behavioral patterns of residents in order to improve security

Two main factors cause a change in the production of housing patterns, an increase in apartment residency, and the formation of residential complexes: urbanization growth and desolation of the traditional neighborhoods. Designers' inattention to the culture and demands of the residents in the design process of these residential complexes brings social anomalies. However, analyzing human behavior in built environments helps designers to understand the effects of design on human behavior, then design to meet their needs. This research aims to examine the role of behavioral patterns in creating security and preventing crime. For this purpose, it used the space syntax method to analyze the behavioral patterns in the study area (Ekbatan Town- Phase one). In addition, to measure the level of physical security in this area, it uses a questionnaire which is designed based on the indicators of the CPTED approach for 96 people sample size. In order to obtain spatial security maps, the location of each completed questionnaire was recorded by GPS. Then, the data were analyzed by SPSS software and the results were converted to spatial maps via the IDW interpolation method and GIS software. Finally, by using the content analysis, map matching and space syntax. The relationship between them was investigated. The results show that the index of territory has the most relation with the index of integration and depth. Also, the surveillance index has direct relation with depth index however, it has a reverse relation with integration. Further, the results help to define the design guidelines which are based on behavioral pattern to improve security. Finally, the design guidelines produce a safe residential complex in Tehran region 22 based on behavioral patterns.
