Every year, many accidents take place in the country, which have irreparable consequences. Unauthorized speed, lack of field of vision, driver distraction and sudden lane change of cars are the main causes of accidents. Drivers are mainly interested in moving along the road as fast as possible and also not slowing down as much as possible. On this basis, if they see an external obstacle in front of them, in the first reaction to this issue, they try to change the lane if possible, and if this is not possible, they reduce their speed. This issue is the main cause of sudden lane changes of cars, the result of which is the occurrence of irreparable accidents. In this research, the safety of a section of a two-lane street under the influence of the presence of a cargo vehicle is checked by calculating the total stopping distance parameter, and the calculations of the total stopping distance and the number of accidents using the speed limit of the selected road section, the driver's field of vision, the location of the unloading and loading areas, and the driver's driving personality is done This part of the road is networked using the cellular automata model under an executable program in Windows, and the time step and appropriate neighborhood rules are implemented and simulated to update the state of the cells And after the completion of each simulation, 2 Excel files are created as output in the software, which provides information such as the number of cars changing lanes and the number of possible accident-prone situations, depending on the traffic conditions and the placement of the loading points on the route. Based on each accident-prone situation, a speed called the permissible speed is proposed to prevent the creation of an accident-prone situation, and with multiple iterations of the simulation program and analysis of the model outputs, the safety of the route in different modes is compared, and then by changing some input parameters of the simulator program It is implemented again, and the impact of these changes on safety is re-examined, and finally, the situations that create the least number of accidents are introduced as the most optimal situations for arranging the loading areas, as well as the virtual speed that is suggested more often by the software. The title of the proposed speed limit is selected.
