The term sustainable supply chain, as discussed in several studies, examines the supply chain from three economic, social and environmental dimensions. Although this concept has generally been the focus of scientific experts in the last two decades, the specialized investigation of the issue of sustainability in different industries needs more research. Also, in most scientific studies, a practical guide for measuring the sustainability of an industry or a supply chain is not provided and only generalities and definitions are enough. Among the studies that have pointed to the measurement of sustainability dimensions, the social dimension has received less attention compared to the other two dimensions. In this research, the supply chain of the telecom industry has been tried to be investigated with a case study of one of the companies active in this industry in Iran, and the aspects that can affect its sustainability in economic, social and environmental dimensions are identified and customized. Then, these aspects are ranked and arranged, and finally, the supply chain stability is evaluated by defining quantitative indicators according to each aspect. The method used in this research to identify the aspects is to use the literature review, to personalize and score the aspects, to use the opinions of industry experts using the Delphi method, and to define the indicators, to use the subject literature along with the opinions of experts. Based on the results of this research, it was found that the three indicators including personnel e-training hours, the percentage of revenue of new products and the average percentage of customer satisfaction in different products are at the top of the factors affecting the sustainability of the supply chain of this industry and have the most weight. On the other hand, the three indicators including tax rate increase, rural and semi-rural areas not covered due to the lack of infrastructure and the area under the shadow of frequency pollution caused by the company's equipment, have the least impact on the sustainability of the supply chain of this industry, and have the less weight among the identified factors. Finally, the stability of the studied company has also been quantitatively calculated.
