برنامه‌ريزي احتياجات مواد يك سيستم هوشمند اطلاعاتي و تصميم‌ساز است كه طي آن نوع مواد اوليه‌، ميزان، و زمان تأمين آن‌ها جهت تحقق برنامه‌ي توليد محصولات و نيمه‌ساخته‌ها را در يك سيستم توليدي مشخص مي‌سازد. ورودي‌هاي اين مدل شامل چك ليست مواد اوليه، برنامه‌ي كلان توليد، زمان‌هاي تدارك، و موجودي كالاها است. خروجي‌هاي آن نيز برنامه‌ي تأمين مواد اوليه به عنوان خروجي اصلي، و خروجي‌هاي فرعي آن شامل كنترل مواد مصرفي برنامه‌ي توليد، بودجه‌ريزي و غيره مي‌باشد. اگر در هر سيستم توليدي، بهاي تمام شده را به سه بخش مواد اوليه، دستمزد و سربار تقسيم كنيم، در واقعيت صنعت و بسته به نوع آن مشاهده مي‌شود كه عموما حدود 90-60 درصد از مجموع اين هزينه‌ها مربوط به هزينه‌ي مواد اوليه است. بنابراين در هر سيستم توليدي ضرورت دارد كه سيستم كنترل موجودي مناسبي در نظر گرفته شود تا ضمن كنترل هزينه‌هاي مربوط به سيستم موجودي، موجودي مناسب، با ميزان مناسب، در زمان مناسب، با قيمت مناسب، و با كيفيت مناسب تأمين گردد. در اين تحقيق سعي بر آن است ضمن بيان الزامات و پيش‌نيازهايي كه جهت پياده‌سازي مدل برنامه‌ريزي احتياجات مواد به صورت واقعي در صنعت مورد نياز مي‌باشد، دو محدوديت اندازه‌ي بسته‌بندي كالاها و حداقل ميزان سفارشي كه يك تأمين‌كننده از يك كالا را تأمين مي‌نمايد به مدل افزوده شود تا با مرتفع نمودن شكاف موجود، مدل مذكور به صورت عملياتي قابل پياده‌سازي باشد و خروجي‌هاي تصميم‌ساز مناسب ارائه نمايد. بنابراين، در ابتدا بر مقدمه و تحقيقات پيشيني كه در اين زمينه صورت گرفته است، مروري خواهيم داشت؛ سپس به تشريح اجزاي مدل برنامه‌ريزي احتياجات مواد همراه با جزئيات پياده‌سازي آن‌ها خواهيم پرداخت. در ادامه، دو محدوديت فوق به مدل افزوده شده و سيستم برنامه‌ريزي احتياجات مواد به همراه كاربردهاي آن ارائه مي‌گردد.

Material requirements planning system considering batch size and minimum order quantity for items of suppliers

Material requirements planning (MRP) is an intelligent information system and a decision maker that determines the type of raw materials, the amount of them, and their supplying time in order to realize production schedule of products and work-in-process items in a manufacturing system. The inputs of MRP model include bill of materials, master production schedule, lead times, and inventory of the items. The main output of the model is material supplying schedule, and MRP sub-outputs include purchase advice, control report for the consumed items, financial planning, budgeting, and so on. If in each manufacturing system we split production costs into three kinds of raw material costs, salary costs, and overhead costs, in the real environment, 60-90 percent of total costs are related to raw material costs. Therefore, in each manufacturing system, it is necessary to consider an appropriate inventory control system to control the costs of inventory system and provide right inventory, with right amount, at the right time, at the right price, and with appropriate quality. In this research, while stating the requirements and prerequisites that are needed for the implementation of the material requirements planning model in real terms in the industry, two constraints on the size of the packaging of goods and the minimum order amount that a supplier provides for a product are added to the model. By closing the existing gap, the mentioned model can be operationally implemented and provide appropriate decision-making outputs. Therefore, at first, we will review the introduction and previous researches that have been done in this field. Then, we will describe the components of the material requirements planning model along with their implementation details. In the following, the above-mentioned two constraints are added to the model and the material requirements planning system is presented.
